The APP is awful! To take a trailer/car from UHaul is taking “forever” - no information saved from the past. Each time it waste my time and at the end it stops the process and I need do deal with the worst customer service in-person again. They ruined my moving day multiple times!

Very frustrating to select online and mobile check in then have to wait in line for 20 min at the store to pick up. Two other people in line were voicing their concerns. Also I paid for 1 dolly. There were two, one that the worker put in the truck then another saying if you break the tabs you have to pay for it. That dolly with the zip ties was in the way and took up space.


Given COVID - it would be beneficial if you employed some sort of sanitary procedure. When I returned the equipment that I had rented I did not see the surfaces most commonly touched (steering wheel, gear shift, door handle) getting wiped down after my use. It appears that the vehicle was simply checked for cleanliness & then put back onto the lot for next pick-up

Nothing really - was very good


My truck had huge scrapes across both sides, high mileage (was awful on gas mileag), and worst of all I was worried for my son's safety sitting in the passenger seat. The door and passenger mirror were shaking the whole time and looked as if they would fall off. I emailed the person at this Uhaul and have yet to hear back from them. Oh, and the icing on the cake. Because I had to drive extra slow I was late by about 40 minutes and was charged another day!


Would lime if air flow was improved for covid19 health reasons. Helpful and nice staff

Excessively long delay in picking up reserved vehicle due to “slow computer.” One hour standing around is absurd.


I messed up my reservation and the front desk was super flexible and helped me get the vehicle I needed. He made sure I was taken care of on both check in and check out. All around just a positive experience.

My sister had previously rented and warned me of her difficulties in doing the 24 hour drop off by using the app...but we were done with the truck so we gave it a shot----NOT USER FRIENDLY...and I sent the mileage and an email explaining when I got home BUT still got charged $20---that's not fair. Make your app user friendly and realize that when you tell in your instructions not to text and drive....that also means I can't check my email for auto-replies with instructions,,,,that didn't work anyway. Would TRULY appreciate a $20 refund

I feel I was cheated on the milelage. I only used the truck for 20 miles but was charged for 29. I will not be using this location in the future.

The worst Mobile Application I've used - so many questions and information needs to provide, notifications with necessary actions in the last moment, no completed information provide in the app or online, needs to ask customer service, and a lot of similar issues. In my last year experience U-HAUL provides the the most expensive service with the worst quality of customer support! I'm very disappointed in U-HAUL!

Nothing really. The young man that helped me with the trailer was extremely helpful. Did everything. All I had to do was drive away when done. Bets Uhaul experience I've had so far.

Everything was great but we only went 45 miles and they charged us for 59.5 miles. I tried calling and got the corporate office. They said they would notify the locatation and have them call me back but they have not yet.

Charged $20 for after hours drop off even though I dropped the trailer off at noon on Sunday, during regular hours. They didn't answer the phone when I called the following day and did not respond to the message left for them. I will disputing the charge. This is the third time I have rented a trailer from UHaul, and all three times have been problematic.


Nothing the trailer was clean and ready to go and Armando Flores was awesome customer service rep glad you have have working there !

When I picked the trailer up & got it home there was all white stuff in it like they had sheet rock in it before. I had to sweep it out I was using it for my motorcycle & when I got to where I was going my bike had white all over it
