The gentlemen was very helpful and the truck itself was great. The tow hitch that was given to me was damaged from previous renters, the tow hitch ramp on the right side was given to me broken and was held in place by some kind of fishing wire. I took photos of the damage the night I got it and that saved me from being charged and blamed for that when I dropped it off at the end of my reservation.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe keys were dropped in a drop box, no human interaction until I called the phone number because the lot looked like an overflow for UHaul trucks. I would use another drop off UHaul place.
JAMES AWhen I found the location to drop off the truck and tow dolly after hours and the place was closed, I didn't know that I was supposed to drop it off in the back so I had to circle the block to park it in the back. When I did locate it, there wasn't a marked parking space for it
Stephanie BIt was very had to find and the guy there couldn’t help me with the moving blanket situation.
James VThe owner was very helpful and kind. The only recommendation I have is to mark the entrance to where the vehicles are returned much more clearly out on the road. Very difficult to navigate.
