Milton HI had an excellent experience renting a U-Haul from NAC Wireless. The service was professional, smooth, and very comfortable from start to finish. Eduardo, the owner, treated us with great respect and kindness and made the whole rental process stress-free and easy to understand. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. It’s rare to find a business owner who genuinely cares about customers the way he does. The vehicle was clean, ready on time, and everything was explained clearly. I highly recommend NAC Wireless for anyone looking to rent a U-Haul. Great customer service, honest communication, and a welcoming atmosphere. Eduardo and his team truly made us feel valued like family. Would definitely rent from them again!
Md OThe girl was on a personal call and asking for personal information at the same time. The dilky wasn't in the truck and I had to leave and get my son to out the appliance dolly on the truck. The truck was due back at 530. I called at 630 and talked to customer servce. They said it would 56 dollars more. The girl at hre location checked the truck in the next around 2 pm. Now they are charging me another 150
