The location is in a strip plaza and kinda difficult to park the truck. But it was clean and convenient for me.

There was an issue because the truck i wanted was kept out by other renter. The manager gave me a different truck and did not charge me an upcharge. I was very impressed and will use them again anytime.

Location did not have requested moving blankets. Had to drive to Jimmy Carter location to pick them up. When pickup was moved to Indian Trail from JImmy Carter, someone should have checked on blanket availability.

I was told that the U-Haul personnel was supposed to unhook the trailer for me the same way that the personnel hooked it up. The lady, who told me her name was Vanessa, told me that they do not unhook trailers and that I need to unhook myself and drop it off and then come inside to do paperwork she was adamant that they do not unhook trailers no matter how many times I told her I could not! I am a disabled veteran and I am not able to move heavy trailers around but obviously that did not matter to that establishment!!!

No updated info on changing location to pickup reservation, got charged for fuel when vehicle was returned with EXACT fuel that was with truck. WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.

When I arrived I asked if the truck I rented was unlimited mileage and she stated yes. Well at the drop off point I was informed there is no such thing as unlimited mileage plan.

Clean up truck. I filled up the gas to the original point when I picked up the truck, but I was charged extra anyways.

I was to return the truck at a business that wasn't even built yet. After spending a hour on the phone with a very incompetent uhaul rep I was finally directed to bring the truck here.

The first uhaul retailer was closed for the holiday but I should have been told this before the representative called and changed my reservation pick up spot. I had to waste more time trying to find the uhaul store.

I booked my rental van for three days and total Mileage requested 1600. I used it only two days and returned with 1399 miles. But I was charged almost $150 extra for miles. Please refund the money immediately.

The woman that worked here was extremely rude and not helpful AT ALL. I asked for her assistance with connecting the trailer and she refused to help, on top of not answering my questions. Terrible service.
