Not really the pickup locations fault but the truck really needs some mechanical work. Sounded like a bad exhaust leak. Front end was out of alignment. Front end shakes when hitting bumps.. Im a mechanic by trade so I know what I'm talking about. Not a YouTube mechanic.. was scheduled to pick up at 3:30 and had spoken to rental place an hour earlier. Showed up and had to wait 15 mins for someone to show up.

Kenneth B.I found the staff very friendly and accommodating yet the store hours were not what I expected when I setup the pickup with the dispatcher that morning. Once the facility opened, the staff was concerned about my happiness and made me feel like a valued customer.
Phillip H.My drop off time was scheduled for 10am. After calling the 800 I found out the location didn't open until 12pm. The left the rental vehicle there but I had paid my $100 deposit in cash. So I had to return to collect my deposit. I returned around 3pm and call the establishment like the contract instructed. There was no answer. I rung the doorbell on the building. No response. So I call the 800 number again to make company aware of what was going on. I was informed that the issue would be escalated because the truck hadn't been checked in yet. I was told that I would receive a call within 48 hours from supervisor but what about my $100?? Later that evening I received call from the drop off location. She said she had a family emergency and where could she mail my check? I told her I could come get it because I was in the area. She rudely explained that she didn't have the cash and she just needed an address to send the check to. I hung up a call the 800 number to verify everything because the lady on the phone was short and rude to say the least.
