I would like to add that it was not the locations of the u haul pick up and drop off that was the issue. It was u haul itself that made us angry. My husband and I originally booked a 15' truck and then when we went to pick it up, there was no option on the app to do a mobile pick up and no one was at the desk. So we had to book a smaller truck last minute at a different location. This put us extremely behind schedule and stressed us out a lot. We also had to make two trips in the truck instead of one because the truck size that we needed was not available due to us having to book it last minute due to u haul's app error. This complicated our moving experience and made it an all around hassle. Then when we were done with the truck u haul had the AUDACITY to demand we pay double because we had to make a second trip… We would have never had to make the second trip if u haul corrected their error with the original 15' truck instead of us having to scramble for a truck and end up with a 10' truck. So basically in conclusion U HAUL had an app error so we could not get our original truck. U HAUL did not have another truck of the size we needed available. U HAUL put us behind schedule. U HAUL made us have to make multiple trips. U HAUL over complicated our moving experience. U HAUL made our moving experience miserable. And after all that y'all try to demand more money out of us??? I think not… We will never use U haul to move ever again!

Was over charged and did not get the items I paid for.. horrible experience and will never rent or recommend ever again

Took me over an hour to get the vehicle at this location because of the damn lockbox and no physical person. Eventually the owner/manager came out to help. Even the owner hates the lock box. Should have 8 but only has 1.
