Truck was filthy, dollies weren't there, mileage was not correct (which resulted in me being incorrectly charged $200 more!!!!)

We had to jump off the truck due to a dead battery, it took over an hour to get drop box code. We paid for hand truck that was not in the truck. It was all terrible.
Alvin S.The location had the vehicle but I couldn't physically get it. Stop using lock boxes and have a dedicated office. Took me over an hour to get the vehicle at this location because of the damn lockbox and no physical person. Eventually the owner/manager came out to help. Even the owner hates the lock box. Should have 8 but only has 1.
Dan B.I made my reservation with inside pickup that included an appliance dolly and furniture pads. The people at this location would not help me. They said I had to use the phone checkin process and they didn't have the appliance dolly or pads. They were useless when it came to this uhaul reservation. The uhaul person on the phone was very helpful and stayed with me while I completed the process. This location needs to be de-authorized as a uhaul dealer. They provided no value to uhaul or me as a customer.
