If I could give zero stars for this hassle I would. Rented a car haul trailer in May for 1 day. Picked it up about 8pm on Friday and was told more than once by the store employee that as long as it was returned before the store closed at 9pm the next day there would be no charge. I rushed to make sure to meet that window and dropped it off about 8:30pm Saturday. Even talked with the same employee, the parking lot was busy and full and he showed us where to park the trailer. Imagine my surprise getting a receipt the following week for 2 days charge because they showed the trailer as returned Monday morning! I filed a dispute on my credit card as well as with uhaul. They requested photos of the trailer being returned, which was NEVER mentioned for me to do until the point of dispute, and said because I couldn't show proof of trailer returned they could only offer a certificate for future use of a uhaul rental - which I have ZERO use for. Told them to check their store cameras for proof of return. The charge is now back on my credit card and I'm working on a second dispute with uhaul. Renters beware!! I will never use them again!

JOHN KHernan was unprofessional I advised that the unit was not clean it had an oil big oil spot and something else on the ground he stated that most of the units are like that I advised that the unit I have already is not like that he act like he didn't even care!
