Superior customer service. This is a family owned business who take customer satisfaction seriously. Prior to finding 2 G's, I went to two other Uhaul locations (both were gas stations). One asked me to step aside so he could sell cigarettes and lottery tickets to the person behind me. The other place didn't have a single person working there and the store was locked. It was refreshing to find the high quality from 2 G's. I'm glad I found them, rented the truck, and felt confident with the process.
