The guy at the desk was very nice. The problem was the truck had a mechanical issue and there wasn't another equivalent truck at that location so I lost several hours waiting to go through the process to get another vehicle.

The key drop off slot was difficult to find.

From the very beginning, they were ahead of the game, ensuring that everything went smoothly. Goldie was particularly impressive with her customer-oriented approach. She is extremely kind and genuinely cares about her customers. Being almost there for her clients, she has a personal touch that makes a big difference. Her daughter's photos on the wall added a lovely, personal touch to the place, making it feel warm and welcoming. Michael was equally wonderful, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made the entire process even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this U-Haul location for anyone in need of a rental. Thanks to Goldie and Michael for making this experience so pleasant!
