The customer service was poor and terrible the wait was extremely long understanding that the connection was slow but when the operated and I finished setting up self service I had to call her and record me and his altercation is uncalled for he talked to her nasty and I will not be returning me money for this business.

Everything was seamless from pickup to drop off. The associate at the Banana 1121 S Dixie Fwy was super nice
JASON DSystem functions very well. Super pain-free in a world where making this kind of transaction can be agonizing. The only reason I don't list this as Excellent is because of the app experience. There are non-connectivity-related time lag issues that lead to confusion and misinterpretation by the user that a prompt is complete when it is not. The result is unnecessary stress brought to a potentially already stressful day.
