The truck was clean and ready to go. Was a little disappointed that the fuel was down to fumes when I picked it up. Was concerned I might not make it to the gas station. But I did and everything went well from there. Convenient location and able to process pickup on the app.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTedd was a complete jerk and I honestly can’t believe he can run a successful business with his attitude
JORDAN BFirst off the guy at the counter was very rude, also the guy I spoke to on the phone said he switched it to 24/7 so I can pick up before hours and he did not. I had to wait till they opened. Also he mentioned the 20ft truck I booked was out for maintenance but he could get me in a 26ft for the same price. That wasn’t a problem- when I paid they charged for the 26ft. Just awful business, I’m not one to leave reviews but felt like it was needed for this one.
Nicolas DGot charged twice. Took a hour to book due to verification and app issues.
MICHAEL KWe were greeted by a rude man who told us if we came same time next week (9:40 am) they would be closed. We needed a van for just this one day. Then, we were instructed to pay through a plexiglass window, with a hole in it to sign. Finally, we were sent to a van that he pointed at, and we were on our own. Just a really bad vibe to the place.
