The truck that I rented broke down on I-95 before I could return it to the facility. When I eventually arranged for a ride to rescue me from the side of the interstate and I returned to the rental location, the employee told me that I wasn't going to be charged anything. I received a receipt in the mail saying that I wasn't charged anything on August 22, 2018. A few minutes ago, I received another email from this location saying that I was being charged $101.22 for the rental. Nobody tried contacting me to inform me of this. I am not happy one bit.

Don’t allow customers to go through the whole process of booking a rental truck to then find out that what the customer booked is not available. I attempted to book a 20ft box truck to be picked up at my nearest location. After my whole process online, I got a phone call stating what I booked wasn’t available. They told me all that was available was a 15ft box truck 10 miles farther than I had chosen. That meant I had to drive farther to pick up the truck and make an extra trip for my move. I was extremely frustrated considering customers pay per mile. The company should really look into making the online booking more truthful in what is available and where they are available so the customer can plan accordingly.

You will be hearing from me but I will not no never ever rent from this U-Haul location again. My trailer wasn’t ready and I had to drive 25 mins out of my way the day before my wedding to pick up a trailer because the location couldn’t rewire the trailer correctly. It was not ready for me on time like I was guaranteed and I will not be paying for my rental

Representative never did a walk around the vehicle to check for damage before I left the lot as it turns out the vehicle was damaged and they tried to blame me when I returned the vehicle Lesson learned always do a walk around with the representative before leaving lot

Only issue I had was that I booked a self pickup. I had to go into the office to get the truck. Not a big deal as the office was open when I picked up the truck, but had it been before office hours I wouldn’t have been able to get the truck I needed. Drop off after hours went off without a hitch.

Even though I had a reservation, truck was not ready. Took them another 15 minutes to find the keys. I put 9 miles on the truck. When I returned it, guy said he was going to charge me $25 for gas. That was not in accordance with the contract. So I put $6 gas in it, and told them to email me the receipt. This morning I discovered they charged me $12.35 for gas. They marked the gas gauge down to 3/8 but I left it 7/16 full, as it was when I picked it up. There should not have been any gas charge. I want a refund.

I saw trash under the seat and also had to add a galon of oil several times until I got to my final destination in order to protect the engine! I saw a damaged tire after I picked up my truck and called them and they didn’t acknowledge that their inspection of that truck was incomplete and should not send the truck with damage tires on the road on a long trip and also they didn’t put the chains on my car’s front tires on tow dolly and straps came off the tires and I had to put them back and installed the chain to make sure the car is secure at all time.
