Reserved my UHaul online. Went to pick it up and they said they had no trucks the size I ordered or any at all. Told me I could go get one in Fall River and pay all the extra mileage. Will NEVER use UHaul again!!!

The customer service is horrible this is the second time in a month I rented a trailer and my belongings got grease all over them and filthy trailers and when I complained instead of getting some kind of refund they said next time go somewhere else. This is very unprofessional

I've had bad experiences at other U-Haul locations. I was bracing myself for another drawn-out, annoying, overly complicated return. Your manager at this location (Ryan James) is really great at what he does. It is rare in this day and age to deal with people that treat customers with honest respect and concern. You should give this man a promotion and a raise.

The cargo can I rented was fine..It was clean and all that regular stuff.. But, the hood was unlatched!! Thank God a friend of mine noticed it before something bad happened!!

My experience at the New Bedford location on Mount Pleasant Street was excellent Ryan the gentleman who helped me at the desk was amazing I picked up the truck everything was great had the truck for about four and a half hours put in a little more gas than was in it when it began dropped it off they checked out the truck within 5 minutes and I was out the door got my cash deposit back immediately and everything was smooth I would highly recommend this location I was very pleased with my experience and I would recommend this business too many of my friends and co-workers thank you again

Update your computer systems.... my card was declined based on the functionality of your system. When we tried to run again after contacting my bank , the computer went down. It was about a 45 min process

Make sure equipment is actually available for rental and when someone puts too much gas back into the vehicle it should be credited not you went over estimated mileage so we charged you more money for mileage when I returned vehicle with a lot more gas and I had to wait for trailer even though my confirmation was all set for both pieces it was confirmed with a store that is close to my house and then use moved it to another location for pick up which was further away probably close to 10 miles But yet you charge me extra and your service sucked
