Not call me 3 days before my scheduled appointment, which was made 3 weeks in advance, and then tell me I have to get a slightly smaller truck than I wanted and I'd have to travel 12 miles to another city just to get it.

The only major issue was that if I picked up the equipment when they were not opened would have been extremely problematic, as there was a combination lock making it impossible to open the back and retrieve the keys. I do not believe uhaul online was aware because my instructions did not include the combination allowing me to successfully use the equipment .

I placed my reservation in person and asked for a 17 ft. truck. When i checked my confirmation e-mail, they had me down for a 9 ft. cargo van. I had to call several times before getting someone on the phone. Moving is stressful enough without worrying about the truck rental. It was resolved when i spoke to someone.

Pros- Brand new truck with 2,000 miles! Fast check out and check in Could return it the same day and the customer service rep. game me until the next morning to return it Cons- Truck didn't have the 2" ball on trailer hitch and had to ask for it Fuel said 1/4 on ticket and then only 1/8 when I got to the truck Truck was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke!

The new return process for after hour returns is a pain in the behind it takes to long and it kept saying there was an error on our end please try again later it took me 3 times to get it to work instead of a few minutes to return our equipment it took almost an hour

Extremely BAD customer service both in person and call center. I was lied too canceled out 3 times due to computer errors and got over charged from initial order fromm $111. To $202.. Dont know where you got your training but this is pure unprofessionalism at its best worse however you want to entreprit. Havent called to complain for that same reason.

The truck did it’s job but if you’re going to tell someone they will get charged for not sweeping then make sure the vehicle is actually clean when someone picks it up. Last person clearly did not sweep it. Also, the steering was not good and didn’t seem very safe.

I like this location and. The people however I rented a trailer and the lights didn't work and went back 2 weeks later and they tried to rent me the same trailer and still hadn't fixed the lights and I had told them of the problem when I returned the trailer the first time

Vehicle was extremely shaky on the highway needs an alignment really bad and very bumpy which I think the shocks might be gone
