They overcharged my account. The store opens at 7 am and I drop off the truck at 7:43 am they charged me after hours fees. The manager there is a useless B.RUI S.
I found it very difficult to reach any of your locations by phone, no one would answer. Once I was there, the gentleman in New Bedford was very helpful and courteous. Did Not Receive any paperwork showing that I returned trailer, did not feel comfortable about that.Shon S.

I was told that if I did not complete the â€œreturn equipmentâ€ form with my smart phone then I would be charged a large sum of money. I was at the uhual location with the rented equipment and the clerk refused to take the equipment back. Not everyone has access to a smart phone. We dropped our rental off after hours so their was no staff or access inside the building. The location was convenient for our drop off and very easy to park the large truckEthan L.
Monica is the manager at this location, and while the store was open, and there was staff on site, she refused to let her staff check in my return. I was forced to go check it in myself, and do the check in process on my phone. I specifically asked to have her staff check my return in, and I was told by the staff member behind the desk that, â€œthe manager told her to only have customers check in returns themselvesâ€, even though it was not after hours.Daniel W.
My husband rented a truck today. We rent a truck 2 times a month, every month, for a Food Pantry and have been doing so for over 5 years. All of a sudden, the only way my husband can return the truck and get a receipt is by using a smart phone to return the truck. He does not have a smart phone so I had to be called out of work to go and meet him at Uhaul Then we still couldn't get a receipt because the woman would not print one for us and she informed me that it was â€œ2021â€. I don't care what year it is. Provisions should be made for those who do not have a smart phone. Also, this return policy was not told to my husband until he showed up to return the truck. He was handed a piece of paper with the procedure. By the way, If you don't follow this procedure you are charged an extra $20. He should have been told this before he rented the truck. A man behind him in line didn't have his smart phone with him. Now what is he suppose to do? Don't worry we will not be renting from this Uhaul on Mt. Pleasant St., New Bedford, MA anymore. They charged me 5 times for nothing and I took pictures like it told and charged my card for gas knowing it was at half so you charged me to fill up the truck this is outrageous I used u-haul so many times but this is the last I'm done with u-haul your chain and workers suck and don't know how to do their job but like to charge people outrageous amount of times you guys need to recheck your workers and your chain because when I first got the van it wasn't sanitized and the acceleration was terrible fix the vans your corp makes money so at least you could do is fix your shit boxes never purchasing from your company ever againDaniel D.
