had problems with truck engine had trouble accelerating even when truck was empty it seeemed to hesitate and sputter cab had a very strong marijauna smell latch on rollup door kept getting stuck and wkuld not latch rollup door went past top opening and latch got stuck and i could not close truck

I gave this review only average because I had reserved the use of moving blankets but in a rush I neglected to grab them and the attendant didn't remind me or steer me to them. When I realized this I figured I would ask U Haul to credit my credit card $10 upon returning the trailer. When asked, the attendant said she couldn't do that. I was in a rush, there was a line behind me and she was the only person in the store. I would still like a refund if possible.

I used the website to check in and take my truck. The first time I tried, I took pictures of some slight damage, a selfie and a picture of my license. Everything went well, until verification when I received an error and was booted to the beginning of the process. That is not a good user experience. However, I tried the process again and realized all the pictures I took were save and I just had to keep hitting next to get back to where I errored out. Ideally, I should've been taken back to the point in the process where I left off. That would be a better user experience. But it eventually worked, so I was pretty pleased overall with the automated check out of the truck.

Uhaul employee tried giving me shit about the gas. I returned the truck with the exact amount it had when i took the truck. I don't appreciate being such a loyal customer to get harassed about gas. Other then that i will keep using uhaul. If this happens again i will go elsewhere.

The truck constantly had a 'low tire' light on and it was annoying. The employee explained it was a sensor that is on order but it was still a hassle. Also, the driver's mirror is loose and moved while driving down the highway. The staff was wonderful but I feel like I rented a truck that needed an overhaul.

We reserved the truck for a 7 AM pick up time. The night before the operator called and said that the truck would not be available until 10 AM. This was not acceptable. We ended up getting the truck at 9 AM. This backlogged us for the entire day. I was extremely disappointed with the poor planning for our truck. I would like to be reimbursed if not partially for the truck. Thank you

This was the only center in the area that had pick up trucks with a trailer hitch. I would recommend it on that basis alone.
