I had a few questions and called the uhaul number listed for local office, no one answered and the call was switched to a call center with a wait time over an hour !! Long story short, customer service line is dissatisfaction supreme. I had to drive to the location 2 times to get answers ... returning the truck was just as bad as I couldn't get reception to log in to check in , no person was there saturday afternoon about 3:30!! I called a number posted on the door and some lady said she would document the time off return .... Not a good serviceJANICE R.

The worse customer service I have ever seen, the girl never cares about customers and their concerns. The girl refused to show me the truck I have ordered, she was telling to go look it up yourself. The trucks weren't well maintained, a minute after I took the truck the breaks failed and I got into an accident, yet none of the attendant or the manager came out to assist me, and they didn't even care if I were injured or death, they just told my friend who I came with to call the police. Even though I didn't use the truck for five minutes I was charged sixty one ($61.00) dollars. I think the management of U-haul should consider the option of training those employees.TIMOTHY E.

The vehicle was dirty inside and out. Mud or some brown stain was all over the passenger side. The drivers side rear turn signal was blown out causing me to get pulled over. The truck had insurance markers all over it with damage all over the bed. The customer service associate was very unwelcoming and her attitude was very rude.JAMIE S.
I selected the feature to be able to get my truck without going inside the store and I followed all the instructions but when I went to the lock box and put in the code there wasn't a key inside so I had to go inside anyway. Kind of defeated the purpose on the feature I chose.Toni-Marie F.

I spent 45 minutes picking up a truck when everything had already been done on-line. The truck number they gave me didn't match the information in the link that was texted to me so I had to go back inside and wait in line again. The computer system was "slow" so there was a backup at the desk. She told be to just take new photos and update the mileage. I did all that and then the website gave me an error saying that I can't update the mileage. Then I waited in line again. Also, there was no bathroom available which made the situation worse.PATRICK R.

just 1 thing. I read somewhere that if I brought the vehicle back before the time I needed it for, that the fee would be adjusted. I rented it for 10 hours and brought it back in 5 hours. The employee stated that the vehicle was rented for 24 hours and it didn't matter what time I brought it back that I paid for the 24 hours.Debra C.
Please inspect vehicles when returned and before renting to next customer. The odor of marijuana was so strong in the truck I rented, it gagged me as soon as I opened the truck door. I had to drive it with the windows all down to keep from getting sick from the smell. This is a black eye on Uhaul and should not be tolerated.CARL E.
Store was closed at 10:30, my reservation time, employee got back at 11. The truck rattled so bad I thought y head would explode and it trailed oily smoke the whole time, covered the car I was towing with black filthy oil residue. Great customer service. Only advice is to check the maintenance on trucks a little more carefully. There was a tail light out I didn't realize until i need to make a left turn. And halfway through my drive to my destinations. Check engine light came on. I made the location aware of these issues.Martha T.
