The location was great, and the staff was friendly when I went to get the key. Would definitely rent from here again. FYI we were using Sprint/TMobile, the mobile service was weak.

We had to go inside to get the keys after we were told this would not happen. Person at counter was very nice. The truck was dirty.
Harimart is a family run mini-mart and the owner seemed to struggle with the process.
Asking about the truck being cleaned due to Covid-19, the clerk said that the previous user should have cleaned the truck. That was a really disappointing answer, and I was shocked. I would not have booked if I knew this going into it.
As stated before needed life person all on line only took us so far?
They not only took out what I owed for the rental but never released the hold on my card when I first went in a I am getting charged twice. I have tried calling for 2 days and no one has called me back. Not to mention the phone number is a cell phone!! After I tried calling a few times in a row it went straight to voice mail. Now I have to go there in person to resolve this. I would NOT recommend dealing with this location. Yes the father and son are very nice but now I know why!
Ordered a 17' and got a 15' truck. Told the pick up location that we wanted to drop it off in mattapoisett- and he continued to enter the in-town agreement

It was a very small convenience store with only one employee. At the time I went to drop off the vehicle there were some lot of people and the clerk had to go outside to check the miles/gad, leaving the store unattended
When I went to pick up the vehicle, the website said there was no vehicle to be rented, so I called the number the website gave me for help. On the third call they picked up and said â€œwhat the f*ck do you think you're doing calling this early it's 7 a.m. this is somebody's f*cking cellphoneâ€. Even after I explained the situation the man continued to cuss me out and was absolutely no help at all. He was incredibly rude and continued to scold and talk down to me for the entire phone call. The website said service 24/7. Some service that was. Want to improve customer experience? My advice is to never employ that man in any customer service position e.v.e.r. Incredibly unprofessional.

Harimart did not put the correct mileage on the uhaul. I only drove a total of 10 miles but I was told I drove 70 miles!!! I had the uhaul 1 day and went from harimart where I reside and the storage unit twice! I dont even live in a city with 70 miles in it! Very disappointed and will NEVER rent again. The associate at the drop off location was EXTREMELY rude when I explained to him there was no possible way I drove 30 miles let alone 70. I'm very disappointed and will not be renting with uhaul again which is unfortunate because that's usually all I rent from.
I didn't realize this was an actual convenience store and had there not been a uhaul truck outside I probably would have driven away thinking I was in the wrong place. But the cashier was nothing but friendly and helpful.
This is a fantastic location to rent a uhaul truck, Brian and company are great to work with and are extremely friendly.
To let someone know that their reservation will be canceled longer than half hour before , not fair to have to spend more money because someone decides to take more time ! Highly upset !

Brian did an excellent job helping us with our rental, we will absolutely use this location again to rent our truck. They also have extended hours compared to other Uhaul locations.
Got charged for excess mileage I didn't use. I know I went only 11 miles. Also put gas in and cuz it went over what I should have I couldn't get reimbursed something for it.
I had to wait a while to take the car and call for assistance. The man running the uhaul was also running a little store so I constantly had to wait and move aside so people could check out before me . Than all the trucks were frozen shut the back area I could not open to put boxes an dolly in. Than I called to figure this situation out an the man that was supposed to come first tried not to and said I should use a crow bar. This is 2018 who has a crowbar handy and where would I buy one. Of course I said no I can't do that. I'm a costumer this was a little much friendly ppl but not that customer orientated. I felt like I was pushed aside an not really taking car of. It all worked out in the beginning but I will never go there to long .
My charges got screwed up. I called for an extra day and made the first one go through but placed another extra one. My account is empty now forcing me to wait. That system needs to be improved.
What a freaking joke this place is. I reserved a trailer online in the morning to pick up at 5pm. I get there and there is one trailer on there lot. I needed a open utility trailer and this is a closed one. He says my pickup location changed to a place 40 miles away. I take the trailer which did not work due to needing the additional height. He then calls me at 9am and says that the trailer need to be dropped off by 11 since it has been scheduled. So I drive 30 miles and get there at 10:55 and he charges me two days and says I am late. What the heck. Uhaul has been good in the past but has gone down hill with leasing there name to anyone with a parking lot. You waisted my time, my gas, the persons time I scheduled to meet and pick up equipment and top it off charge me for two days for a trailer that I used for 14 hours that I didn't even reserve.
Setup this location so they can accept cash bcuz it was a big inconvienence when i was specificall told that I could use cash at this instead of needing a credit card when I made the reservation the day prior
