Extremely expensive rental $140 for 60 kms plus $30 of fuel, and an argument over the gas I put in when I returned the vehicle was also not appreciated

Pick up was fine but if you return it back to this location, even though the sheet indicates that there is only 3/4 of a tank of gas in the truck on pickup and it was returned with 3/4 of a tank as indicated. Be sure to have the fuel top up to full upon return or they will try to charge you there 1.52 per liter for the extra 1/4 of the tank of gas.

I had rented a dolly and they didn't have one and said it was "location dependent". I would have rented from a different location had I known this.

Quote I received on-line was actually $100 less than the price we paid, which was very annoying. I doublechecked to be sure that we were not paying in US funds - it said on the website "all prices in US dollars", but then beside the quoted total of $484, it said "Canadian". This was quite confusing and I think very misleading. There should be something on the form that definitely lets you know what currency you are using. On a Canadian website, I would certainly expect to find Canadian dollars used. I would appreciate a refund.

The sliding door on the back of my truck was quite literally a "pain", rusted and poorly maintained, very hard on the back to lift and lower. I thought lifting furniture on the day of my move would be my most difficult task....turns out it was the sliding door on my truck

Terrible place, terrible truck. Could barely open the rear door. The customer service was the worse I've ever experienced. To top it all off I was told I would be taken down if I didn't stop complaining. Dump of a gas station with complete assholes in charge.

When I arrived, the self check-in function did not work. I went inside, and I checked in with the attendant. He mentioned that the self check-in often doesn't work. "50-50 chance'. He told me to double-check the gas when I got to the vehicle, and it should read 7/8 of a tank. It was slightly less than this, but I thought it was close enough. When I drove away, I realized that there was a large crack across the windshield. I pulled over to call the location to make sure that they were aware, but was unsuccessful in getting an answer for more than 10 minutes. I turned around, went back to the location, and told the attendant. He said that "you paid for coverage so it doesn't matter anyway." I asked to note that I had put 10 KM on the vehicle, and didn't want to get charged for it. They said okay, and I went back out. Before I returned the vehicle, I used the chart that was on my invoice to estimate the correct amount of gas to top back up to 7/8 of a tank. When I returned it, another attendant was there and told me that my gas wasn't completely up to 7/8. I told him that it was exactly where it was when I picked it up, and he dismissed this by asking if I went back inside to tell the attendant before I left! I then told him about the additional 10 KM, and he said it 'should balance out anyway with the missing gas'. In actuality, it probably would have been only $2 of gas, but at this point it wasn't really the money that was the issue. So to summarize (1) self check-in wouldn't work. (2) large crack across the windshield (3) unhelpful staff. (4) paying for mileage that I didn't use for my trip.

When I went to pick up my trailer, I was advised the location had changed and I now had to go to Richmond. While enroute to the new location, I called to ensure they would be open because it was a 20 minute drive and I was now late due to the change in location. After three tries, I finally spoke to someone who said they actually closed a half hour before I was to have even picked up the trailer. I then called corporate to try and rebook. They then advised the trailer I wanted was actually available at the original location I first went to. However, given the time of day, I would not be able to drive there in time before they closed. I then had to travel to a third location to pick up the trailer. All of this could have been prevented had I been advised of the change in location in the first place and if thebtrailet booking time would have been amended to a time that matched their store hours. This was really frustrating and unacceptable.

There is no seat for Uhaul costumers.Since it is a gas station there should be a way to divide Uhaul costumers from others.Some signs will help.

The location wasn't my preferred location that I chose as it was far from where I needed to be which caused my rental to cost a lot more as I had to pay extra mileage to drive to and from said location. Would be more appreciated if I could have picked and dropped at a location closer to me. Otherwise very helpful staff and friendly.

Took over an hour and a half to get the truck that was there and ready. Head office duck up as I re severed that truck and even did the express check in. Second time I used your company and second time my mom Verizon was delayed to problems on your end. Never again

Self serve was not working, every time I tried to submit the odometer photo, it said "please submit a more recent photo" This meant I had to deal with the agent and a long line up.

Limited selection. Busy gas station which took priority over helping me...took 1/2 hour to sign for my trailer. Trailer parking over a curb on the grass, which is where they want you to repark...I refused. Too much chance of damaging my vehicle or the trailer.

I was met by friendly staff and they processed everything quickly. Upon return I was met in the parking lot and the staff took care of the rest. I received email receipts and did not have to wait. Very fast and courteous.

This location the customer service is very bad I rent the trailer from them they didn't check or hook it up for me and they didn't help me either to lift it up and put it in my car And they didn't check it for safety they didn't check the light and they didn't ask me or check if I have the right equipment for hook up And I ask him for 2 days they didn't have availability they give me 2 days without telling me and the second day they call me on Labor Day to return the trailer or they will charge me for each hour one full day and in the end he told me return it at 9 am and we won't charge extra because they did this mistake And when I return it they charge for 2 days And I call uhaul and they open a claim for me and they told me after 72 hours some one will call me they will do the refund and till now no one call me and email me anything Thank you for your support u like to rip people off I don't know what can a customer service with your dealer you have
