my u-haul was in horrible quality. not even an hour into my 13 hour drive the tire rod broke. i almost wrecked on the interstate and could’ve been seriously injured. still upset with this company

ANTONIO JMake sure that all the into regarding the actual cost of the rental are displayed properly. Also, your associate told me I would get my deposit back in a day and I haven’t received it yet. I would say that my overall experience was poor. But I do t expect anything to change.
RONALD Gwas given a truck that had a flat tire; had to get roadside service was scheduled for a 6:30pm pickup but not told was set up with Truck Share, for which I had no knowledge of how to proceed (the rediculous 2-party verification requirement)
