The lady working was great, but the computer system sucked. I tried renting online the night before and before I went to the location and couldn't get past the insurance part. While T the location the lady worked for almost an hour and couldn't get the site to work. Meanwhile I was trying on my phone and finally got it to work. It took an hour for me to get the rental.

Marcus R.App did not work when went to pick & the clerk, albeit friendly, knew little about how to troubleshoot the issue which delayed the entire process by an hour. Was also charged for the CDW which I opted out for online & in person. Never renting a vehicle from U-Haul with this process ever again. Nightmare.
