I ordered 2 furniture dolleys. When I got to the office they said they didn't have any even though I had reserved them a week in advance. The man at the front desk offered no alternatives and did not attempt to fix the situation.

Front desk worker was very helpful
Bleu SThis drop off was after hours so didn’t really interact with the location much
Marilyn BI used the truck for 2 hours and drove 4 miles and was over charged $700 for 650 miles. They apparently never tracked the person who used this before me because it also was dirty and had someone’s dirty socks in the seat. They now are saying they are too busy to answer the phone and dispute this charge? It’s impossible to even drive 650 miles in 2 hours so this shouldn’t have even been submitted or charged.
Samantha TThe U-Haul location was fine; however, the U-Haul computer server system was down and there was no backup system available to allow us to pick up our reserved trailer. This was a major inconvenience for us as we drove 8 hours from Northern Ohio down to Nashville to help our son move back home. Apparently, there was absolutely nothing the staff could do and we were forced to wait 90 minutes before the system finally came back online. We tried using the U-Haul app, but they could not release the trailer until their computer system came back online. Fortunately, we were able to load the trailer that evening and left for home early the following morning.
