Great customer service
Improve instructions on exactly where to drop off equipment after hours. I didn't see any signage that indicated "exactly" where to park the truck during after hours returns. And the other thing I would do would be to Improve the key retrieval box. The mechanism at this location was a manual device where we have to put the correct code in the device to be able to retrieve the key. The problem that I encountered was that the dial was a bit difficult to turn and it felt at times that the resistance would be too great to even be able to change the dial all the way to the correct number. Technology is far enough advanced at this point that I feel a digital retrieval system would be a better and faster option. I was very pleased with the overall process. This feedback was simply to improve and already good process.
The uhaul location was very convenient. I got in and out efficiently. I will definitely use their services again!
It worked and was clean but the trailer likely needs to be phased out. The door was VERY difficult to open (scraped knuckles a couple of times getting the hook to release) and there was a fair bit of cosmetic damage (age related). The staff was good to work with and I've rented there before (and will again).
This was a simple and very courteous transaction. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
The staff at this location was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I also liked the new hitch mounting system that U-haul is changing over to.

Mobile pickup was terrible to use and ended up not working. Had to go inside and have an employee redo our contract. Everything other than the mobile pickup went well, though.
I could not get the App to work smoothly for a contactless experience. Kashish Chhabra was great in getting me on my way. Store was clean with protective barriers and hand sanitizer at the counter.
I was given a truck with no fuel. Then I was asked if I could put fuel in the truck and that I would be given a 28$ credit ( I only received a 22$ credit.) So I leave the lot and drive about a quarter of a mile and truck runs out of fuel. I lost about one hour of my time waiting for fuel. Truck was stranded in the middle of the road, this was very unsafe. Worst experience ever!!
This location definitely had better feel, easy process, and customer service than the one in Alsip. The previous truck I had rented in Alsip 2 weeks ago was running on its wheels. The transmission felt like it was going to die with terrible noise, it was dirty, the mileage gage was up and down, etc. Bad experience. Naperville location was great.
We had to drive 50 miles to pick up the truck,, than another 50 miles back to Elgin Illinois The price we payed was not quoted when we reserved it in west Dundee Illinois.

Have multiple employees working at once so that 1 guy doesn't have to run around trying to help everyone (although he still did a great job!).
no help in store had to wait too long truck should be backed in so can pull out no pre inspection and no post inspection done need another employee working my tuck just came in and should have been wiped down for corona with indication it was done hard to get to location - cannot go nb without first going sb doing and having to turn back nb about a half mile away added fuel thing to bill in store when i ordered all online without it on return no one in store for 5 minutes billed for something i did not want and called in but long wait on phone to get thru and then answered employee said with customer and would call back - i got no call back - again lack of care for customer - will not rent from this location ever again and will avoid uhaul if i can

Mike Connolly helped me, when I picked up the truck and when I returned it. He is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He represents U-Haul and this location very well; and he is an excellent role model for others at U-Haul who interact with customers.
Service was excellent.
Trailer was in excellent condition. Refrigerator dolly had a broken cross-piece that I did not notice until I went to use the dolly. The UHaul man had loaded the dolly into the trailer, and I did not notice the broken weld. But overall a very clean shop and professional service.
The employee that helped us was rude and very short with us. He seemed as if he did not want to be there assisting customers whatsoever.
Hi, I refueled before dropping off but mistakenly put more fuel in than needed. By about a quarter tank. This happened because when I turned the truck ignition to ACC, it wasn't showing the accurate amount. I know that there is, on the contract form, a useful guide to let me know how much fuel I need to put back in the tank to get it to at-rental level but I didn't have my reading glasses so...My question is this: Isn't it reasonable to ask that i get some kind of credit for fueling the truck at a level greater than what was there when I rented it? It sure would be a value feature that makes UHAUL even more well-liked by this and other customers. Thank you
