Got a call from â€œSusan at Uhaul Recoveryâ€œ. She is NOT associated with this excellent dealer. She was nasty to me and hung up on me when I told her the truck was showing a check engine light code. She called from 541-968-8159 and was wanting the truck for another rental and I wasn't quite finished unloading. She needs some education on customer service. If all Uhaul employees were like that I would rent somewhere else.Delbert B.
Never got rental agreement from location. Said they would email it. All I got was contract info, no inspection or inspection sheet. Employees were very cordial and courteous. Truck was neat and clean.William R.

Upon returning truck @ approx.1:30 P.M. an employee of Mgr. Keith Schmidt, not sure of his name, was very rude in asking me were I parked the rental truck. This same employee has never given me a kind word since I started using Myrtle Creek Auto Supply for the local food bank deliveries. His attitude upset me so much that I told him in not so many words to go F himrself. This employee should not be working with the general public. If this happens next month I will be looking for other transportation to rent.dewey H.

Leave check in to M.C.A.S. and your online check in crap out. I received no fewer than 10 emails and can't remember how many text messages. I finally called the 800 # and talked to 2 or 3 people and still had to check in at M C A S . Uhaul or you wasted alot of my time.Louis D.

The man who helped me was very nice but the guy behind the other register threw a snarky question about whether or not I left it clean. He didn't even look at me. I am clean and well groomed, and he was neither- his comment was a little rude. But all in all, it was fast and easy!!!!Sally G.
I reserved the truck to be picked up in Roseburg, but due to error on U-Haul's side, I had to drive to Myrtle Creek to pick up the truck. I was told by the gentleman who called to tell me about the snafu, said I would be reimbursed extra mileage and fuel costs. Not the location's fault, but completely dissatisfied with this entire transaction.Trever K.
