Truck selection at this location was limited.

This is not a comment on the location, but on U-haul in general...U-Haul should make it clear whether you can or can not drop off a rental at any time. I arrived at the above location at 8:15, but the facility had no personal til 9:00. Luckily someone dropped by early, checked our my return rental and I was done..I was under the impression that it was a 24 hour drop off, but neither my invoice nor any info on the drop off's location had any info on it. Other than that...my experiences with U-Haul have all been excellent!!

I would like to commend the personnel at this location, as they were very professional and very accomodating to our needs. Since I cannot find any way to review the Uhaul phone customer (dis)service, I am going to review it here: the customer phone (dis)service has been a never ending nightmare that created a convoluted mess at every single step of the process. We were not even able to use the free storage offer due to the inability of Uhaul's phone customer (dis)service to successfully book a facility!And they did not cancel orders that I asked to cancel weeks in advance!Simpy OUTRAGIOUS!

Shannon Ware is FANTASTIC! She is so positive and takes customer service to a whole new level. There just aren't many people like her. She was wonderful to work with and definitely an asset to the rental facility as well as for U-Haul!

No one there at appointment time, when she did get there she never got out of her chair, not help with hook up, no review of lights, (after I got home found they were not working properly) this was third place I had been moved to by Uhaul, overall terrible experience

The person who spoke with us and got the truck for us said that if we returned it early it wouldn't cost as much. When I spoke with someone else on the phone when we returned it she told me that you are charged as soon as you leave with the uhaul when you pick it up and there is no refund if you return early. This is very frustrating because if I had known that then I would have only said we needed it for 3 days not 5, which wouldn't have cost as much. This makes me not want to use uhaul again in the future. I hope something can be done to rectify this.

The drop box for the key return was broken and open. I was charged $55.08 additional on my credit card. The receipt says I didn't have the proper gas in it. I was instructed to return the vehicle with 1/4 tank which is what I did. The email provides for questions and concerns was invalid (87804_AFM@uhual.com). I called them and spoke to Andrew who said he would transfer me to the store. I was on silent hold for 15 minutes before calling again. The lady I spoke to said the store is closed on Wednesdays.
