Offer some credit for the extra gas or something since I had to go out of my way to pick up the equipment so my mileage added up I didn't get it until 2:34pm but I had to have it back at two. I was at a U-Haul facility so why should I have to pay the additional 10 dollars one-way bc the facility didn't have it?

when I arrived the person working the Gas station had no clue what was going on so this person called someone on the phone and they started asking me questions that i didn't feel comfortable telling them over the phone, she ask for my name, phone number, drivers license number, license expiration date, date of birth and then she ask for social security number and that's when i lost my cool and told her i didn't feel comfortable doing this over a personal phone, she told me if i didn't like it i could call uhaul. I told her that there has to be a different way to to this, she said you didn't feel it out when you reserved. I told her if i call uhaul and they say i need to give this information i would but if i don't i am filling police charges, she change her attitude and sent me a link to uhaul and never did it ask me for my social i believe this lady was trying to steal my identity.
James ANo comment. It was dirty inside and out. She didn’t tell me I had to bring it back to that location only when I rented it and didn’t explain the charges when setting it up.
MISTY MTruck was dirty and had almost no gas in it when I picked it up.
