I had to call in to learn that I had to download the app then it would not let me upload photos of mileage and gas before taking the truck so I had to accept what was stated in app when I picked it up it had 14586.7 miles and less gas I just added more gas and paid for the extra miles because it was the only way to use truck that day. other than that app worked nice.

The trailer hopped and bounced and fished tailed for 1200 miles there was no taillights or running lights on the trailer so I couldn't drive at night with the trailer sometimes it had turn signals and sometimes it did not. I called customer service and roadside assistance they both said they could not help me with the matter because I was not in a accident. This was the worst experience of my life and I am very displeased uhual.

I did the Express Check-in on the Web site, but had to give Kennys Auto all the info again. They said they do not have access to the Express checkin info. My trailer door was extremely difficult to lift and the trailer was dirty.

Very disappointing experience. We reserved a 20' truck in Winfield, but they were closed when we got there. We called, and someone said our reservation didn't go through. The only available truck was 40 minutes away in Mulvane and was only a 15' truck.

Some U-Haul trailers' lighting systems do not work with the international cars that have a five wire system converted to a four-prong plug. Twice I have rented a 6x12 and have terrible lighting on the trailer. Rented a different size trailer in May and lighting was as expected.

Truck is very worn, but ran ok. My only issue is that I picked it up with 9/16ths tank and returned with 7/16ths tank and was charged $21 for gas. That is horrifically abusive, but they insisted it was in the Uhaul program and they couldn't change it.

There were problems with the truck. The interior cab lights would go on spontaneously and then shut down after a brief span. There didn't appear to be a system for reporting this problem although I did mention it at the drop off location. The people at Kenny's did not explain how to estimate how much gas was needed for a refill. It was on the rental agreement but that was not pointed out when I picked up the truck. Wouldn't have mattered except that the truck was only half full when I picked up the truck. It would have been better if the fuel were full at pick up.

I have utilized numerous haul location and never had an issue with equipment being ready for pickup but at this location the equipment was not maintain it had a flat tire had to wait over an hour for the repair tho be made then was asked to pay for the repair of the tire after conversing withe the area traffic person they paid for the repair of the tire then I was informed the I was to receive a $100 dollar discount and receive it at the drop off location that didn't happen drop off location informed me that they was not responsible for the return of my discount spent an additional hour trying to resolve the return of discount called traffic management in pickup location to get problem resolved finally I was Iinformed that I would receive a check in the mail for my discount,This was an horrible and unperfessional experience that ever had with the service of Uhaul i wouldn't recommend that pick location to anyone,The drop off location was very professional and we'll maintain I would recommend a friend or others individual to that location,I never had such a horrible service from Uhaul during my numerous rentals but this occasion I was very disappoint and my trip was delayed until the following day, I'm a very dissatisfied customer during this rental contract,
