I do not agree with the amount I was billed with. The estimate was around $37 and I was charge around $90 although I didn't exceed the milage and the timing.

Have more than one person in the shop to help customers. Waited to get truck after having reserved two weeks prior. Then found out there wasn't enough oil in the truck and had to add 2 quarts. The one rep on site was really good, knew his stuff, but was overwhelmed by himself in the morning

Please give Virginia a raise. She is working her ass off with a good attitude and no expectations for more than her agreed contract. It's hard to find good people like her. I was at Uhaul for several days in a row while long distance moving starting on Saturday August 5th, the day someone called corporate to complain. I was a witness to that phone call and let me tell you: there was no fault with any employee that day. Uhaul needed more people and should have sent people from another location to process returns. Virginia was cool contained and held her composure professionally and should be praised while her manager was out on vacation. I had more business with Uhaul the following 5 days and can tell you as an older middle aged adult, you are very lucky to have her. Please give her an incentive to stay. You need good smart people like her.

All the on-site staff were great. From the gentleman who checked us in to Frank, who helped us to get the trailer off when I returned. 5 star for them! Only part I would mention is the people on the phone, the lady I spoke to, I just called to ask one question, she played 20 questions with me and made me to make reservation for something that at least 6-7 of them sitting on the lot, I don't even think she was at the location, pissed me off and she knows that, even though I said I'm heading there right now and don't have time to answer how many bedrooms, how many people and such questions!

I tried to do checkout on my phone. Didn't work. Spoke to the staff. They were confused because they thought I was checking in. Then at check-in the staff directed mr to leave the truck in the return area and they would take care of it. But I had not complete checkin yet. Took 4 days and 4 phone calls to resolve the issue.

The guy marked my tank as 1/8 full when it was filled exactly to 1/4. Sounds like no big deal but this resulted in me being charged $62! The worst part is that he didn’t tell me I was being charged extra. He told me I was being charged less than my original amount and would be credited the difference! Needless to say that was wrong.

The lights stopped working correctly some time over the 3 day period. The turn signals didn't flash and the left brake/turn signal didn't come on at all. Everything checked out okay when I picked up the trailer and the test light on my vehicle was okay.

This location was incredibly understaffed. We had a reservation for 10:30 and even went through the self check-in but didn't get the key to our van until 11:30. The staff were doing there best to handle the super long line but overall the experience was unexceptable.

Jeremiah was outstanding but the rest sucked. I arrived at 8:45am to pick up my reserved vehicle. There were 12 or 13 people in line already. We were in line for an hour and a half. It is a Saturday....I'm assuming one of your busiest days and one person is working the check out. Poor customer service! But not due to the employees that were there! They needed way more help.

I waited 1.5 hours just to get to the desk, THERE WAS A LINE OUT THE DOOR WITH ONE ATTENDANT CHECKING PEOPLE IN! Typical uhaul

I stood in line for an hour and a half waiting to get my reserved truck. The one highlight to this horrible experience was Jeremiah. He was alone for most of the time behind the counter. He kept a positive attitude and tried his best to get everyone taken care of quickly, regardless of the unhappy customers.

It took me longer to get my truck and check it back in than it took me to move out of my home. I had a reservation at the Rainier Service Station and when I went to pick it up no one was there and the location was closed for the day. It took me an hour to get someone from customer service to find me another truck. They promised a $50 credit for the store not being open. Someone finally arranged a truck from mountain view. It took me 40 minutes of waiting in line to get the truck. One employee, Jeremiah started helping a man who waltzed to the front of the line and gave me attitude when I asked why that person didn't have to wait. I never got an email confirming the $50 credit. So I needed to speak with someone when I returned the truck. It took over an hour to get someone to help me. I was fourth in line. This is because for 30 minutes, no one was at any register. I called customer service and I talked to well over four people. The customer service line passed me along and finally put me on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally got someone at the location to talk to me, he called and was able to get the code for the $50 credit but it didn't work. I move every year for my job, and I'm not sure that I will be using uhaul again.

the wait time here seemed a bit long and the checkout process was not as easy as I thought it would be having used the pre check in. the van had a tire that looked like it could use replacing. the van had horrible engine knocking, but it made it over grapevine and I lived.....

On Sunday, there's a line 15 customers. The time to wait is about 20 to 25 minutes/per customer to get helped. Therefore, it took about 2 hours to finish the line while you have only 2 customer service employees. I suggest you separate the customers into 2 lines who registered on line and who did not. You can save the customers much time for their busy Sunday as everybody needs the equipment. Secondly, if you can please reserve one more employee on weekend; so, you have 3 employees to help the customers. The attitude of your employees is very active, friendly, and professional even they are very tired and the weather is very hot.
