Did not point out which equipment to take, therefore causing the equipment to not be secured to the towing vehicle. Also charged me for a 2 day rental, even after returning 15 hours after rental. The individual did not know how to correct the issue and am now awaiting to be contacted in regards to a refund.

I was charged for insurance and was not asked if I wanted it when I reserved ed the truck. I was told there was not anything that could be done when I returned the truck, and that I needed to call Uhaul. I will do so tomorrow and hopefully I will be given a credit for it.

I did the express check-in online, did everything I needed to do in order to make it a quick process to come and get my truck. I called an hour in advance to make sure everything was ready, and yet when I arrived it took me over an hour to get the keys to the truck and leave. The woman at the register continue to help customers in between filling out paperwork that I had already indicated that I had filled out online on her iPad. Every time another customer came in I was then ignored and they were helped. She insisted that the dollies were in the truck, however when I went out there they were not. She argued with me on whether or not they were in the truck and then took me to the back where I had to get a large Dolly and a small Dolly out the door myself. She watched me struggle and did not offer to even hold open the door. When I returned the truck she took so long to try to check me in that it charged me for an additional day. She didn't understand how to do anything and it took me over an hour just to do the return. I will not ever go back there again. I do not understand why they are able to lease out trucks when they have one person working and they do not understand how to use the Uhaul computer system. I was very upset with the time wasted and a service that I received.

When I picked up the uhual it took almost an hour. The lady knew little to no English and she has to check people out at tha gas station.

When we got to the location , no one was there to help me load the trailer onto my truck , the person never came out to check over the trailer , charges were added at the location that I did not put on my reservation and it took over 2 hours of me waiting there and waiting on the person behind the counter to get the charges taken off.

You can make sure that there are no holes or leaks in your vehicles. A lot of my furniture is damaged (especially couch pillows, etc) due to a leak in the vehicle. Lesson learned. Not sure if I will use Uhaul again.

It took us 50 minutes to rent a trailer that we had reserved on line! This delay put us behind on our schedule costing us additional money! Very poor communication between us and the clerk and she had difficultly maneuvering through the website! She also took care of customers buying coffee and items from the store making us wait which we found very unprofessional. Soneone else soulful have available to take care of store vs uhaul!

The employee barely spoke English and didn't understand how to use the tablet to check me out. Had to call U-Haul to walk him through. He got stuck and finally another employee showed up and completed the transaction. No help connecting the trailer. That tongue is very heavy to lift, a little help would had been nice. Took way to long to check out as I had reserved on-line. I got re-asked many of the same questions I answered on-line. Pretty sure my plate number hadn't changed on my drive over. I will only rent from U-Haul corporate locations in the future.

Drop-off location had poor communication, poor customer service, and had little to no concern with the u-haul trucks. I have several pictures of damage done to the truck and 3 trailers based on poor risks made my manager when moving the truck to the back lot. The space was not big enough but he insisted on making the turn with no concern to the vehicles and/or uhaul equipment.

We waited over an hour to be served. Our reservation was For 5pm. We were served at 6:30pm. None of the employees could speak English enough to help us. We had to talk to someone in Uhaul traffic to have our transaction completed. Very bad experience!
