We have rented Uhauls several times and the staff has always hooked up the trailer and unhooked it. This drop off location didnt even come outside or help in anyway. Wont use them in the future.
I tried to get a 10 ' truck , there were only 15' available, but the rest was ok
Waited 1 hour for pick up... and 1.45 hours to check out... no receipt and over charged me.... supposed to be charged 2 days not 3 days... he was horrible... had me and my children waiting... said uhaul is not important... he works for Exxon... told me to wait outside... he was ignorant!!!!
Not much equipment available. It is ok to drop off, but they only had 1 trail or and 1 truck to rent,

I put gas $10.00 in before I turned it in and that put level at half tank which is how I got it but they charged me for more anyway
Reserved this 2.5 weeks in advance. Took over 3 hours to find a trailer in my area due to the reservation not being ready, had to get a different size, had to call corporate to get new location and again to fix issues at new location. All this and then some. Worst and most stressful experience EVER!!!
Very helpful with reservations and since I was picking up and returning the truck off hours, they helped convert the reservation into a 24/7 self pickup and return option. Everything was done via my phone. Very easy.

The uhaul dealer at pickup didn't have any supplies to help me like a tow hitch, ball or light adapter. I asked that question on the phone and I was told by 800 UHaul that I could purchase when I got there. This uhaul dealer sent me to Walmart in the mist of COVID-19. He was going to let me drive off the lot with no lights since I didn't have the converter kit. I think every UHAUL dealer that rents trailers should have gear to purchase if we don't have our own. I was very upset leaving the dealer.
Be clear about what packing material inventory is available, and offer options for pick up rather than one location.
Been over a week and they still havent return my deposit
be more involved with the customer It seemed that I was bothering them. It was clear that the English language wasn't understood. The woman that took my key could barely communicate to me what the procedure was to turn truck in she had to find some one that could communicate this to me I didn't feel real secure in this transaction. Still haven't received return receipt as of 11/28/2019 I hate having to be negative but I also feel you need to know .HOPEFULLY some that genuinely care will respond to this issue.
They're not open on Sunday's to return the products. Having to do a return online is confusing and not reassuring that you won't be charged further. Unfortunately, I will not be using uhaul again after this experience.
I can't think of anything; the whole rental experience went smoothly.
The site could do better with communicating with the customer. I had to call to find out whether the truck was available. I'm thankful that the area coordinator was very responsive and helpful though.
Employee took out equipment that was left in the van, but I had to sweep the dust and dirt out.

Was given a truck that had 1/4 tank of gas, I had to gas up in the middle of my move which added mileage to my trip. Trucks should have at least a half tank when rented
Location and truck were fine. Overall experience was TERRIBLE!! canceled my truck less than 48hrs before and made pay twice as much to drive out of my way to get a different truck.
