Trailer was all dented up, I asked to not be charged for safetow and was charged anyway so no I'm not satisfied

SALLY JO S.Had truck for 5 miles, returned because AC was not working. Customer service was non existing both picking up and returning. Just seemed like as a customer we were a bother. Uhaul is charging me $90 for 5 miles on a misfunctioning truck. Refusing to refund any of my one day rental, insurance, no Refund. Check out did not require checking AC.
