Trying to get the uhaul all online took an hour. I had to talk to a person after a wait for about 45 minutes. The lock wouldn't open on the back trailer. I would not rent a uhaul again without a person there to help me.
Scotty's Auto was very friendly and helpful. Ee had a nail in the auto transport, they came and accessed the situation and repaired it so we were on our way.
Personnel were great, when she pulled up my contract it came up different and doubled what the initial contract was. Person in charge was not going to overcharge me cause she could see it was not right. I greatly appreciate her and not the double charge.
The inside of the truck was very dirty. I vacuumed it but it is still disgusting. The windows were very dirty. The udall app is very buggy and its awful. I will not be using uhaul again.
Went into the local u haul store gave them all of my information and credit card info was t I would receive and phon call the day before my check out date to give me a code to get into the truck since it was a Sunday departure. Had to give the same information two more times at early check in online and when I went to pick up the truck also had to send pics of my license at time of pick up. I was told when I personally went into the store to make my reservation that all of this was taken care of. Complete waste of my time. Then when we went I drop the truck off was sent to a storage yard not the drop off location a mile away another waste of time. The truck was clean and mechanically sound but you web site and system sucks

The staff at Scotty's was wonderful, renting and returning the truck was a breeze. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a uhaul.
