The truck was parked in a muddy area. The attendant did not go over the vehicle features and did not open the cargo area for inspection. The ramp was muddy and the cargo area had not been swept clean and was tracked-up with muddy footprints.
Better customer service
The vehicle reserved was not available, your reservation guarantee is a joke, the app is okay but needs work, the staff at the location is what it is - conv store personnel so I wouldn't hold them accountable like I would a U-Haul store, but they're nice enough.
Set expectations for length of time it takes for Mobil check-in. I wasn't frustrated at how long it took, just that it wasn't clear prior.
Don't be 30 minutes late for an appointment with a customer because you are running errands. My time is also valuable especially when I am moving.

The next time someone has reserved a trailer or truck, you should have it available. I arrived on my moving day to pick up the pull behind trailer that I had reserved two weeks prior only to be told they had just rented it earlier that day. I had my reservation number and everything and the attitude was "flippant" at best well, sorry sir, but we don't have this available. moving out of state, i ended up having to leave a lot of items behind bc I didn't get the size trailer I had reserved. This was the WORST experience I have EVER had with U Haul. You have lost my business permanently. I should not have paid for the tiny trailer that was rented to me. Pathetic at best is what I would rate this location
The truck would brely shift gears! It took over an hour to check out at the pick up time. I watched other customers come and go as I sat there.... I agreed to return the truck the next day by 4pm, in stead of anytime the next day.. they appearently double book trucks with no concerns... I FINALLY left completely beging schedule at about 2pm, at a little after 4 I received a call with a uhaul dealer asking where I was??!! Demanding the truck back, stating he told me he needed the truck back by 4pm TODAY!!!!!;. While I was struggling to even continue the call, I asked him. " Why on earth I would care to rent a 26 ft truck for less than 2 HOURS???? I don't think a truck that large could be loaded and then immediately unloaded in that amount of time, not to mention if you actually had to drive from one location to another???? He kept saying he needed that truck regardless of my points I was making.. frustrated I told him he would have to come get it at this point! Already hours behind of my task for the day, I asked him, seriously, take a min and think of a solution we could honestly call fair. After a sec he said, just stay put, I will have my manager call you back. I sat there for over an hour, said screw my plans, had some lunch, enjoyed the pretty day walking around close by the PARKED truck..... Then I realized. Nobody was about to call, I was a fool!!!! I went home with an empty 26 ft uhaul truck sooooooo don't with the day!!!! The next day I waited and waited for a call to check on me ( the customer) no call. Later in the afternoon I started getting calls, not to check on me, or explain the confusion, to smooth things over, make excuses...... Nope. Just wanted to know where the truck was and when will I return it???? I finished my days late now task of moving a friend, got some rest, and the next morning I planned to drop the truck off. Life decided I would drop everything and take my kids on my free day because mom, the EX , had an emergency.. I missed the close of business at the shell station Uhaul uses to deal AWESOME truck deals!!! I was there the next mornibg at 7, cleaned truck, gas sitting at a half a tank, went inside to double check the gas level at pick up to make sure I was good, he said I have to check my email... He "couldn't help me"... I open the email, completely pissed at this point, though the level was 3/8ths of a tank, I said we're good! I'm over slightly. Well I was off, the email showed it at 5/8ths... Slightly more than a half. Then I see he marked it down as a 1/4 tank?????? WOW!!! Now when I think this might mare is FINALLY OVER I SEE THE $100 DOLLARS TO PUT 30 GALLONS OF $3 A GALLON GAS IN THE TRUCK THAT WAS AT A HALF OF A TANK!!!!!; .I am currently spending time praying uhaul corporate will be calling to refund the total amount, send me to a sandals resort, or SOMETHING freaking mind blowing to FIX THIS!!!!! .I am totally serious when I say it was a horrible event that I wish I would have never been part of! Please help me get through this...
My customer service at the store was very poor. My customer service over the phone was excellent, if there was some way to hire people like that for the store it would be a better experience.
Good service, the car trailer I rented was perfect for picking up the antique vehicle I needed to move. Liked the fact that the trailer has an automatic brake, cool feature. Would rent again.
We were charged for blankets that we did not rent. And we were charged a $50 cleaning fee. When we got the truck, the blankets (that we did not rent) we thrown on the floor. After our rental, we cleaned out the truck, folded the blankets (that we did not rent!) and left it in better shape than we got the truck in. The location claimed they had to fold the blankets (that we did not rent!) and charged us $50. We are still trying to dispute the charges.
I rented a truck 30 Sept 20 all okay, I went back on 2 Oct 20 same size truck and they claimed I drove 107 miles No way I drove 10 miles at most I have all mileage info. Somebody need to check this out before you charge my card Customer service say they contacted me I received no call

I needed a van at the last minute and the young lady who I dealt with was extremely helpful and patient. She never rushed me and when I returned the van 10 minutes before closing, she was very gracious. Thanks!
Don"t park the vehicles so close together. Had to have my wife get in from the passengers side and pull it out.

Had truck but was down for repair. This was the beginning of the U-Haul nightmare
I thought the young lady did a great job juggling customers, several returns all at once. Getting the trailer uncoupled was difficult for us, she said she would ask her boss for more info on easier methods.
This location made me bag up my moving pads and move them into the facility. They provided no assistance in unhitching the trailer.
We went to 3 Uhaul that day. In the first they sent us to an office within 35 minutes. upon arrival they told us that they had the trailer but that we had to deliver it right there. They sent us to the third where we could rent the trailer with delivery in another state. The call center told us that the reservation could not be changed to this establishment and the Owner of the 3rd Uhaul did everything to help us and manage to rent the trailer right there without having to continue shooting to other stores.
