Make sure that when the requested pick up location is the actual U-Haul facility, don't update it to another location. I went to pick up my rental vehicle, and they took my money on the U-haul app, but stated they didn't see it on their end. I showed them my bank account info where the $438.48 was taken out, and their only response at Chi Town was "Take it up with your bank, we can't help you." I was so frustrated because how can you treat a customer like this. I called U-haul and was transferred like 4 different times with no one able to tell me what was going on. I really started panicking about losing my money.
