The location was closed when we dropped off the truck. Everything was done online , which was convenient.

RONALD DMy trailer had a leak in it - destroyed hundreds of dollars worth of items. I was given a drop off location, times, and instructions that were all inaccurate and then was threatened with a charge. It got figured out, but this was incredibly stressful on top of moving (already stressful enough).
Jessa SWas told the location was open and it was not. Causing me to be late picking it up. Truck was on E cost me $200 to fill it up due to Uhaul messing my reservation up. I ordered a 15 ft truck a month before my pick up date and was forced to take a 26ft truck for drive 2 hours away to get a driffent truck. This is ridiculous. What's the point of a reservation ?.
