I do not mind the location, but one personnel was very kind and helpful ( return of the truck), while another was not friendly, gave us a hard time demanding parking the auto transport at a certain angle at a certain place in the tiny parking lot , which we were glad to do if we could, but after trying hard, we could not. All the while, the person was standing outside looking at us and not helping, stating it was in our contract. We did not mind to follow his instructions, but failed to do it as it required expertise in parking in a very constricted space.

Confirm reservation as early as possible. I got confirmation just one day ago, I did not get 15" track, it was to very tough to handle situation.

Dmytro SThe employee was not helpful and made me fill out a request online so he had a reference number before he would help me. When I told him I was wanting to drop of the trailer in Winnipeg he said it was no problem but did not tell me that I had filled out the request for a local return and that there would be an additional cost. The trailer I received did not have functioning rear lights which I did not notice until we had loaded the trailer.
