The guy checking me in was very nice and helpful, and offered to walk me out to the truck in the freezing cold.

Jodell TMy daughter called 2x’s and was told by Kyle, that they were only a drop off, not a “pick up” and was then referred to Dilworth. I then called and spoke w Lucas, (Luke) on his name tag. I told him I needed a 15ft. He then told me it wasn’t available and tried to rent me a larger size. I then repeated what I wanted. He then told me they didn’t have one available. I then told Lucas I had reserved one on their website the previous night and it says available. Lucas then said, “oh, it’s for in town.” Yes, that’s what I need it for, in town. I then said, “I will be there shortly.” My daughter and I showed up to p/u the 15foot, when Kyle had said, we were standing on the wrong side of the counter. That’s when my daughter told me, that was the person’s voice that told her both times she had called, that they only drop off and not p/u. Lucas, struggled w our “rental” he ended calling someone, i believe U-Haul over the phone. Then he said my daughters cc information out loud, instead of allowing us to speak directly w the person he was speaking w. We didn’t receive any paperwork or anything. We could’ve did our own “online” registration. Especially if privacy & personal information was going to be compromised. I wasn’t impressed. I told Lucas that I had rented a truck from there before, and the young man that helped me that day was so polite and helpful. I asked for the managers name and he nor Kyle gave me the manager’s name. The link to confirm “care” and confirmation didn’t work. I ended up making a video log of the truck & our experience. We added more gas than we had when we p/u the truck. Just to find out that we were almost charged for 2days, when we only had it for 7-8 hours, which I specified to Lucas.
