My first reservation was at a different location but when I showed up the vehicle wasn't available. Waited for 15 mins to speak to someone on the phone. Your staff on location are generally not great and seem to dislike their job. Vehicle was ok with no issues. Won't be using uhaul in the future.

Customer service at the Uhaul depot was terrible. They were extremely rude muttering comments under their breath. We were supposed to be discounted for an hour because of a error your company made ( that never ended up happening) surprise surprise they forgot to put it in there notes. The truck was clean that’s about it... Will not be returning to this Location again for service.

There should really always be more that one staff member present at any given point in the day. One staff member is really not enough when they have to step out of the office and inspect a vehicle, leaving the office entirely unattended while other customers are in it.

The process of renting was excellent. The gentleman that was there was very professional, patient and took the time to properly explain the rental and return process via the u-haul website. The truck served me well, was very clean and smelled nice! The problem occurred when I tried to return the truck with the same level of gas as when I picked it up. When I was filling up the truck the needle for gas started moving and then stopped at a certain level. I was pumping and pumping and pumping and the indicator was just not moving any more. I left the gas station and then the indicator jumped to full after driving for a minute. I returned the truck and the level was clearly broken as it was backtracking and the going to full from time to time. I estimate that out of the $35 of Gas I put, $20 was completely unnecessary. Because of that I would like my money back or the extra mileage charge waived. I went back to the rental location and manager did not come out to speak to me, the young man there offered me a VIP card for $15 for my next rental. I refused and the reason why is because U-Haul is responsible for the vehicle functioning properly. On top of everything the clerk also told me that the next morning when he looked at the truck, the gauge indicated full and after renting it to the next customer, that customer came back after a minute because the indicator started going down really fast. Obviously the indicator is the problem. These trucks should be in proper working order, especially the gas gauge since you have to return it with same or above level if not you get overcharged like crazy. Please reimburse me for the extra mileage charge because I should not be responsible for that and I will be a happy customer that was served correctly and fairly! If not, I plan to give this location a bad review on google and facebook and make sure not to rent form your company again. Be fair in your assessment please, I should not have to pay for a faulty vehicle.

I recommend that you should check and spelling of your customer name while typing. So he / she do not face any hassle during return of vehicle. So improve your customer service.
