I reserved a 20 truck 1 month half ago but 1 hour before getting the truck,they called me that we cannot provide you a 20 on that location (20 km away)and you can go other location at 11 am ( i reservd at 8:30) . It's not fair. After all they told me if you return the truck in same location you can go get it on time. Even though I had reserved it 1.5 months ago.
I waited 30 mins to return a vehicle, 1 person at the register. This is not acceptable. Will definitely not be recommending this location to anyone. And also there is no need to be so pushy to sell your $18 insurance if I say no it's no. Get over it.

Comedy of errors when I picked up the truck. Sent me to the wrong truck TWICE. Errors were noticed each time only after I inspected the trucks. Then I found out the that the wrong keys had been given to me, and that the truck that I had been assigned was a third one. Inspection again. The outside could have been cleaner. Then I was unable to send the "inspection confirmation" (whatever it is called) from my phone. Got fed up and left without sending it. Otherwise, the rest was fine.

Prevent se custom that his pick up location has been changed, ask to your employee to not answer to personnal phone call when they are dealing with customers and ask to the warehouse manager to give care of customers complains

Clean equipment be sur to don't try to sell your insurance even the people have insurance and his insurance cover your equipment (truck) The agent in the office try to convince that my insurance doesn't cover your truck even I called the insurance and confirm that is covered
I was RIPPED OFF and charged an extra day when I should not have been. I returned the vehicle at 8pm, an hour before it was due. Unfortunately, you're app DID NOT WORK to complete checkout. I immediately contacted Uhaul support on Twitter, who advised me that they would make sure I was not charged. YOU THEN CHARGED ME FOR A LATE DAY!!!! I want my money back ASAP. I am unhappy

I had trouble using the app to retrieve my truck and then locked the keys, and my phone in the truck during the move, but the staff were very helpful and the road assistance man was quick and efficient. Thanks!

Exceptional service from the staff at U-Haul sur Jean-Talon Ouest. From the gentleman that coordinates your Check-in to the crew that met me when I returned, They all provided welcome guidance to make day move to Montreal a great experience. I work with hundreds of people as project manager, I would put all of this staff on my A Team - go to guy's. Yes I would highly recommend U-Haul sur Jean-Talon Ouest. JimB
Most unfriendly location I have ever been either in the US or Canada. Staff was extremely rude! Will NEVER go to that location again!!!
the agent at this location was very rude... he forced me to buy the insurance, and he said if you don't want, i will block 1000$ on your credit card and you have to call customer service yourself to do it. This is not the first time I use U-Haul, and never an agent spoke to me like this, but for sure I will not recommend this location where this agent was working to anyone.
I was billed for 3 days instead of 3 hours. The first van had a dead battery. It has often seemed to me that U-Haul should work at speeding up the process. The employees were friendly.
The customer service agent mumbled a bit when asking questions and/or giving instructions. The person was nice enough to repeat every time and never got angry at me for constantly asking so. I simply think it would be a quality to improve and make your customer service impeccable :)
