No one was at drop off location someone from U-Haul called me on Tuesday wanted to know if I dropped it off I did it Friday PM 4 days early

Nothing, it was very accommodating
JACKIE LTruck was in great shape key pick up was easy, but truck was parked in was a bit far away from key drop off/pickup box, for pick up it was no problem since all the uhaul stuff is in sight from the business in the parking lot over. For turn in it was a bit confusing because the app only let me turn the truck back in when I was parked at the building with the key drop off, not where all the trucks and uhaul equipment is in the lot nearby because the app said I wasn’t in the right spot when parked where I picked it up from them, so I had to turn it in parked in their small business parking lot instead of where the rest of the stuff was. Fine if intended but more clear parking for turn in instructions could be helpful and people from out of town might be confused at pickup since trucks are parked at a different address than the business.
Mason NI paid for furniture dolly and regular dolly and neither were in the truck. Make sure equipment is included if requested and included in cost of rental. I expect a refund for missing equipment.
Sherri HThey charged me an extra day even though I brought the truck back during the contracted time. I had to call U-Haul directly and they called them and told them to refund me for their mistake.
