The clerk that check me out was very courteous, she was very knowledgeable about the equipment. I would gladly recommend this U-Haul representative to my friends and family.
connie lShe didn’t know how to treat customers. She is did mistake and charge me over money. She is not very professional. Personally I can’t be recommend this location. When rent uhaul women told me you have to returns half tank fuel. And i will returns same level of gas when morning woman was told. After when i will be returning uhaul is different women there she want to charge for extra money reason fuel level was not indicated correctly. After i will decide to again to go fuel fill out.

Quintin PI was overcharged 20 mi! I drove 79 mi and she charged me for 100 mi! She charged me the estimated miles instead of the actual miles I drove.
Michael CDrop off point was closed when the equipment was dropped off.
William WNothing that the store did, but the person before me didn’t clean the truck and the mileage was off because I had screenshots of when I picked up the truck and dropped off the truck and only went 16.9 miles. The store was able to submit a correction.
Julie BI delivered the trailer, called them and no one available, had to use my jack to disconnect from my truck, trailer rolled, trap my jack under trailer, had a rough time moving the trailer..

Sharon MThe people were nice but equipment was in bad shape. The safety chains were rusted and the rusted section broke off about halfway to my destination in North Carolina. I had to find help at a gas station and all he could do was bungee the chain together, which was not really safe, in my opinion. Rust in several places made it hard to turn to tighten ball connector and operate the cargo door. I have used U-Haul alot but this is the worst piece of equipment I have ever rented.
Diane HThe link provided to access the key code did not work with my I-phone. I wasted 30 minutes trying to access the code before finally getting it to work through Google Chrome. The link details should be more specific.

MARK WTrailer was dropped off on weekend when business was closed. Delivered trailer using online option. No issues!

LASHIA PDisappointed in the service. Picked up the vehicle "after hours" and had difficulty. the 'U-haul app" did not work well with an Android phone but luckily friend had an I-phone...had better luck with that.

Amalie DThe girl that helped me was very rude and didn't seem to have time to look up some information for me when I called and asked her why my account was charged 81.00 instead of 40 something that I was suppose to pay. I don't know the exact amount because she told me she'd have to look it up. But she wouldn't do that to give me an exact amount. She was very rude and unwilling to answer any of my questions and assist me.

THOMAS OI would tell a friend to rent at a different location if they care about being treated like they matter or are looking for good customer service. The attitude of the staff is that the uhaul customers are a nuisance to them and are treated very rudely and as if it's a bother to their day. I wont rent from this location again, if I have to interact with the staff.
CHAD MNot allow someone to rent a vehicle that’s not available. Drove 5 hours only to get a phone call half way there to say nothing is available at the location but have one an hour away.
Heather RTruck was not clean inside - had not been swept out. Requested equipment was not all at this location requiring additional travel to get it (appliance dolly). Fuel level in truck on pick up was at 3/4 not 7/8. No one from pick up location was available to do vehicle inspection with us. Pick up location was ~45 miles from original rental location causing us to exceed our mileage quota for the trip. That last fact was not the fault of the pick up location but of the corporation.
