location was changed the night before and was 45 minutes away. They did not have the furniture dollies or hand truck that we requested. They added miles to the total since it was so much farther away, its frustrating to have it changed the night before.

I received a $240.00 charge for one day rental. We were 45 min late and charged another days fee which I understood. But that should have been $39.00 only. I will not be using them again. I’m a veteran and expect much better than this. I will share my experience on every veteran site I am a member of I will encourage all veterans and realtors to look else where for a U-Haul.

WILLIAM CI cannot think of anything I'd want to change. The staff was excellent, equipment well-maintained, and the service cost unbeatable.
LUKE GWe were paid for a appliance dollies and it was not in the truck. We went on a Sunday and used self check-in/out. I even went by the day before to order it and they said they were going to put in it the truck right away and they did not. If I did not go spend the money on having to buy an appliances dolly our day would have been a waste. Thankfully I was able to find one and we were able to still move. With this mess up we could have been out more money and time. Very disappointed.
