It seems like they do not have enough people to tend to customers needs immediately. when I walked in, I had to wait at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone finally said how can I help you(although there were several people behind the counter). Also, when I returned the vehicle and gave the keys to an agent so it could be checked in, I was told i could leave and I would get a receipt. When I got the receipt through email and it was wrong and I was double charged and it had to be corrected because it was not checked in properly on the day I returned it. Also, I still got stuck with an extra gas charged of 5 dollars although when I returned the vehicle I made sure I put more gas then required. They said it did not have enough (although they did not check the vehicle until the next day) but I disagreed. Anyway, I am glad I am through with this process. Hope it is better for the next person.

Got the runaround for a whole day before finally getting a rental at this location the next day . I was told that a rental was available at locations and the agent said the company keeps sending people for equipment that's not there. Also learned the company automatically set the rental for 6 hrs instead of the allowable 24 hours without disclosing this.

Make sure the hitch on the trailer works. I had to tie it down because the door would not stay closed. This was no major problem because I had a light load.

Second time renting from this location and second time they didn't open on time, had to find my own equipment and hook it up myself, not big deal, it was only a 5'X8' traier....turn in was very quick thou!

We had the most AMAZING experience at this location. The Manager, Preston, far EXCEEDED our expectations. This was our 9th U-haul truck rental and we have NEVER been treated so good at any of the other U-Haul locations. Preston took great care with us and had us all set-up and in and out the door in no time. When we went back the following day to pick-up our truck, it was ready for us and Preston and his staff explained everything to us quickly and efficiently so as not to hold us up. I would definitely recommend THIS U-haul location above ALL others in the area. They are the MOST professional, knowledgeable, and friendly folks at ANY of the U-Haul locations we have ever used. Thank you Preston! You really made our truck rental easy for us.

I was told to be there at 7:00 and I was no one was there to let me inside. You had one female trying to do it all and her personality was not the best. Her exact words if I brought the truck back without the same amount of gas she didn’t have her belt she would beat me. Very unprofessional she does not know me to say that to me. This was my first time using u haul.

I have called and gone to the location to discuss an error that was made. Even though I was promised both times that I actually spoke to someone that they would have the store manager to contact me, it has NOT been resolved, and no one has contacted me. I am VERY disappointed. Because his error resulted in my being overcharged, I am going to report it to the bank if not corrected this week. I have tried to resolve it, but no one has attempted to cooperate. I even suggested that they should look at video surveillance which will prove that what I was saying is correct, but I guess they don’t think it is worth it. It’s worth it to me!

Young African American gave Zenobia instructions. Zenobia instead of checking in the van, drove it around the parking lot, using the gas and I assumed holding the van until 7:00. The young man told me I would be charged again at 6:30 and again at 7:00pm. It wasnot7:00pm. I stood outside and watched the two of have a good laugh at my expense. I told them I wa going to report them for this obvious harassment and the young man told me he would give me the number. I told him don’t worry I have it. He said good and get out of my store and do come back and he yelled and made unwarranted remarks to me. I was going out the front door. He followed me to the door yelling at me. This the same young man who called me the day before yelling on the phone.

The manager Preston is not a manager. He should have never been in the management field. Failure to check his inventory then hang up the phone after im upset about the call. Poor management skills. He didn't even apologize.

There was a computer problem which caused us to wait 20 mi utes to get paperwork completed. The first two trucks we were given has dead batteries. This caused us to have to complete paperwork again each time. I had workers hired per hour and an entire hour was spent there. Shouldn’t each truck be cranked every morning to ensure this doesn’t happen? May be something to think about.

I arrived 45 minutes to pick up my vehicle, not realizing that I had to be there at the initial time. The store was packed with about 9 customers in line. While I was in line waiting, a customer in front of me was talking to the customer service rep. trying to rent a uhaul, but they didn't have anymore in the size available. The size he wanted is the size I had reserved. Unbeknownst to me, the customer service rep. called my cell phone to see if I was still coming to pickup the uhaul, not knowing that I was in line waiting. Well, I didn't recognize the phone number calling, but I still answered. The customer service rep heard me answer the phone (him being the one calling) and then he hung up immediately without saying a word. He then said out loud while still looking at his computer, "Sir for future reference your rental will be cancelled if you are thirty minutes late". Again, no eye contact whatsoever. So I finally thought about what he said, and realized that I was 45 minutes late, and I asked "Are you talking to me?". He replied yes, but still didn't look at me. I was under the assumption that I could pick up the uhaul any time that day, as long as I returned it in six hours. The guy came across as very dismissive. Is establishing temporary eye contact with a customer too much to ask for? The girl who eventually checked me was nice, but didn't mention how to distinguish my rental truck from the others, so I had to go back inside (again, Uhaul was packed) and wait again to find out which truck was mine. When I got the Uhaul, I inspected it, and everything seemed ok, besides a little dirt in the back. Once I returned the truck, the young woman inspecting it said I had to remove the dust/dirt in the back. I told her it was there when I picked it up, and she let it go. Overall, I'd rate the experience as a 6/10. The truck was good, but the customer service could use some help.

We need to move some panels from Lowe's across the street from you. And take to our home around the corner,less than 5 miles and charged $34.00 I would think there would be a lesser charge for something like that.
