The only thing I can recommend is to maintain their high standards of customer service as a walk in they still found a vehicle for me that same day.

IT WAS DIRTY, NOT TO MENTION THE MIX UP IN THE RESERVATION
The credit card machine was down, the guy that was taking my order wasn't pleasant or friendly at all, he just looked spaced out. I didn't have a very good experience. The manager was great though.
Stop allowing Uhaul Associates to use personal cellphone devices to upload customers Driver License. Ask the customer to click the link to check in from their cell phone. Identify theft is on the rise.
Please let the customer know all the details when renting a uhaul. I was charged 7.00$ and I clearly was not told..I was thinking if the dolley is on the truck its for use..

The truck was clean everywhere except the cup holders. One was filled with some kind of liquid. Other than that it was exceptional!
HORRIBLE--UHAUL...Call me to discuss! Candace was amazing, during my turn in of the trailer two (2) days early. The next day, I when I returned the truck one (1) day early, the process was slow and frustrating. This review is about my experience after the fact, which was TERRIBLE. I pre-payed $588.45 for my UHaul move, to include 5 extra days (I have the receipt). I returned the truck early and asked for a refund. Was told I should have "post-payed" instead of prepaid. Asked for UHaul to call me the next day, since it was near closing time and Nathan McElvy couldn't help me. Didn't hear from them, until nearly a week later when I am billed an extra $164.80 more. When I call, they don't know why I was billed the extra $164, I have now been on the phone in excess of 30 minutes disputing a charge that should have been a credit. At the 42 minute mark, the lady on the phone (Cheryl with "NO" Customer Service) said she can't reach the UHaul center (surprise-surprise, neither could I). Cheryl then flipped my call back into the call center because she didn't want to deal with me, at which time I hung up. I will never use UHaul again and will tell every Military person I speak to at the base to avoid them at all cost.

My experience was so terrible and problematic that it completely put a damper on my move. First, I selected the 24/7 online pickup option for Ala Storage in Montgomery, AL. When I arrived at that location at the pick-up time, I went to check in online and was told several times that my GPS was at the wrong location. So, I called and finally was able to speak to someone after about 15 minutes of being on hold. She then informed me that my reservation had been moved to a totally different location and that I should have received some sort of notification of this change that I hadn't received. She told me to come to her location (Woodmere) in Montgomery, AL and restart the online check in pick up process and the combination would then be provided so I can get the keys to pick up my truck rental. After doing so and taking my picture(s) to provide proof of who would be driving the vehicle, the site told me which truck to locate in the lot. With my reservation, I ordered a furniture dolly that was not in the vehicle when I approached it. I was not given the combination for a key. When I walked into the U-Haul store for help, there was music blasting and I waited a few minutes before someone even came to the front desk to assist me. That person told me that I was supposed to come in and pick up my keys (as if I should have known this) because I had placed a reservation and not a 24/7 pickup (which I had chosen the latter). He then told me that there was nothing that he could do and that I needed to call the person I had talked to earlier because he couldn't do anything further with my contract and didn't know how to help me. So, I waited on hold for 10-15 more minutes while he serviced other customers (I was terribly frustrated). I thought reserving the vehicle ahead of time would greatly minimize the stress of the move. All it did was ruin my day. He then tells me to just hang up and come to the desk. He told me the best option would be to cancel my reservation by either getting back on the phone or going online and doing it. I chose the latter once again. He then completed a new reservation for the same truck and proceeded to tell me that that location did not have the furniture dolly that I requested so I could just use the furniture dolly instead. Initially, I made the reservation for pick-up at 10:00 am for 3 hours. The first lady on the phone who had confirmed that my reservation had been moved manually changed my drop-off time to 3:00 pm instead of 1:00 to hopefully accommodate this small misfortune. When he did the reservation over, he still did it until 1:00 (only app. 2 hours from when I finally got the vehicle-10:52 am). On top of all of that, he told me I would be receiving a link to document the conditions of the rental before driving it that I did not receive. Luckily, I had taken a video of everything before driving it as a backup. The truck was on 3/4 of a tank of gas. When I returned it and received the checked in email, I was charged $
It took about a hour to even talk to someone because it was only 1person working, but when we did make it to the front of the line than ever thing was nice and welcoming
Return was easy. Never had to go into the store to speak with anyone. However, the potholes were terrible.
Please have more than one person on staff. The gentleman that was working that day was very nice and a really hard worker.
Houston and Nathan both did an outstanding job. Because of their great customer service skills, we decided to rent a storage unit too.

I have rented a couple of times in as many weeks and this time I had a 5:30 pick up time and got there 15 minutes early and still waited well over an hour to even be checked in and receive a key,only two people in front of me and the cashier had no help and because of this I missed the pick up for my furniture and had to reschedule and paid for a truck for nothing! I actually ended up paying to have it delivered, needless to say that Iâ€™m very unhappy
