The only issue we had at all was that one of the headlights was pointed towards the ground. We had to drive at night, so it would have been better if the headlights were properly aligned. Everything worked perfectly otherwise and the service was excellent.

The location knew the auto transport was rented, yet once we came for pick up, the tire straps where missing. Had to wait over a hour for the store to go to a diffrent location to pick up straps and install there. Thanks for the delay!

Preston, the GM was WONDERFUL. After a long day in the Uhaul and bad experiences with others, HE took care of us like a ROCKSTAR!!! This was not our scheduled drop off location but he took our uhaul and helped us resolve the issue from the pick up with the furniture dolly. EXEMPLARY SERVICE.... Hard to find.

I didn’t like that I made a reservation and my reservation was changed several times and I had a later pick up time which caused me to have to wait until the next day to unload the truck. I then got charged extra money for miles that because I had to keep the truck with my belongings in it a extra day.this U-Haul experience was bad and I don’t think I’ll use them again..

The vechile was old . I had a hard time starting the vechile. The left the sign in the window. The associates was very friendly. It was just the quality of the product that was horrible.

I returned tge truck clraned and filled with the correct amount of gas. 1st they said I went over the mileage by 121 miles, then after they charged me that. They put more charges on my credit card after i left the building without my consent for cleaning charges when i know my son cleaned it out then folded the blankets. Worst customer service ever.

Improve your phone contact service please. Have your front end person closing the deal tell customers how to drop off a trailer at a location when there is nobody there. That was scary and a headache.

I arrived at 8:45 to to find out that my 9:00 reservation was accidentally canceled by the computer. This is after I have waited an hour already because only was cashier was available. I didn’t get the large truck I wanted but the cashier was already behind because of the crowd and being there alone so I didn’t complain. At about 10:00 a cashier came to help but her attitude was nonchalant and uncaring about the ppl waiting or that we had to wait. I finally got my rental at 11:30 and was on my way. Despite a few angry and impatient customers, Harold maintained a calm and respectful attitude and was very helpful and attentive!! Even when I returned the vehicle his attitude was still the same!! Thank you Harold McWhorter for making my experience not as bad as it could have been

Please have adequate staffing and in-store equipment that function more efficient. This would improve staff performance and customer satisfaction. The staff remained professional at all times which was a plus.

I was given a truck that air did not work. I had a three hour drive going one way to Florence Al. After several days and making several phones about the air not working, an no one calling me back, I finally got in touch with the GM manager Preston and he was very rude and unprofessional. He stated that he drives around without air every day and that I would not be compensated. I emailed UHAUL on FB after being treated poorly by Preston the GM and the offers a 40.00 gift certificate, which to me was a slap in the face. I was charged 330.00 plus 80.00 in gas for the uhaul to rent a truck with no air and to have to wait 4 days after to talk to someone and filing a objections and to be disrespected and mistreated by the GM. I will NEVER use Uhaul again nor willrecommend them to anyone. This company DOES NOT care about the customers nor is satisfaction guaranteed. As for the 40.00 gift certificate they can keep it, I won't be using it nor them again.
