Will never do business with this location again. We called the afternoon before to confirm our reservation. They told us we may not have a truck as one was not available. When we asked why they stated that that's how UHaul does business. We had to call another location before they finally called us back to say they would be driving to Oshkosh to get us a truck. Very poor customer service. The lady was very rude to us after we called the other business. We should not have had to do that.Ted A.

the attendant needs to be more clear on charges. I was told that I would have a 15-ft truck, and three days before my move was told that there was nothing that size available. As a result, I had to settle for a 10-ft truck, which made me make two additional round trips, incurring extra expense in mileage charges. overall, not very happy about the way i was treated. I feel that I should be given a credit of at least 40 miles due to not having a large enough truck. Samantha at the Maplegrove location was nice enough, but you guys also charged me for a deposit of $85 on Friday, then today, Monday, you charged me two times for $67 and then an additional $12, for a total of $233, when I only owed about $165, and even that amount should have been discounted $10 because I was given a 10-ft truck and not a 15-ft. That was supposed to have been changed before I was charged, and that was not done either. Here it is almost at the end of the business day, and still don't have a resolution. Samantha says she is working on it, but it seems that corporate is dragging their heels in trying to help her. Not a happy person right now, and if it is not resolved soon, and in a satisfactory manner, I will be making further steps to get restitution.
