Everything. Moving is stressful enough without getting all this stuff dumped on you. (By the way, I never did get a call from the Chevron location.) I rented a Uhaul Van over a week ago, and it was a normal rental but it snowed and iced over the day after I rented it, and I was not able to drive or move the Van for four days and I couldn't drive on ice to take it back to the location.. so after I take it back I get billed for $906.00 I had to keep it a couple of days after it was safe to drive as it snowed and iced over the very next day after I got it and i could move. they could have worked with me on this issue as it was not in my control..Cody O.

The previous location, ONEAL Gas in Columbia was the issue. I had a reservation for a 15' truck but when I called the day of pickup I was informed they had no trucks and that was my problem. No effort was made by the franchisee to help in any way. The UHaul people I dealt with, on the other hand, were unfailingly professional and helpful. Each and every one made every effort to help me and I appreciate it. The issue was with the rude and unhelpful franchisee. I will never use them again and I will discourage anyone from doing so.Michael D.
