The truck made a bad noise which she told me about when I rented. The windshield had so many bugs on it I could hardly see out of it and one headlight was out. I let the lady know about the head light the next day and she said she’d get it fixed. The lady there was very nice and helpful. I will recommend them. I’m sure the bugs were from someone the night before and just didn’t have time to get it cleaned. I got done what I needed to do.

Very friendly and conscientious manager/staff. The vehicle was excellent. Ancillary products (i.e. tape, boxes, additional equipment) all perfect. We found the entire experience to be wonderful.

Ashley is great. But they also have a gentleman who assist there that is not very good. Made duplicate charges to my card that I am still trying to get corrected. I am unable to rent at u-haul because of this issue.

The truck was not at the rental location I rented from. I was notified just hours before pick up of the change. I booked rental at site I wanted to pick it up, as it was much closer to my home. Ended up going over my mileage I believe because of the change in pick up.

My only concern was the rate of the truck rental was $39.99 and I added the extra mileage up to 5o. I added the gas back to the truck that was on half of tank before I left the parking lot. And for some reason my total came out to be $80.00 pretty steep for local.

My experience with this Uhaul dealer was so great I have no idea what you can do to improve for next customer. The truck had 2 issues. I filled the truck up and the gauge never went above 3/4 tank and the hand truck holder would not hold it in place. I told the super nice lady in the office and showed her. She immediately working on fixing it. I didn't need the hand truck or moving blankets, but it was nice knowing they were there if I did need them.

There were issues with the reservation that I made over the phone and completed online. I don't think this was an issue with the owner/operator but with the uhaul system itself. What I thought was going to be an easy and quick process turned out to be more of a pain than I expected.

It needs a trailer lift to lift the trailer off the ball. we had to physical lift the trailer off the ball.

I could have dropped off truck near my home. Had to drive 45 min away to drop off. Would not allow me to drop off at different location. Took an hour to find the place to drop off. Then charged me for an extra day. Said I could drop off 24 hr day.

Actually have the requested trucks in stock. We reserved a 26ft, was not in stock. Asked for a 20ft was not in stock, asked for a 15ft and none were in stock for one way trips, finally persuaded the store to let us use a local 15ft truck.

I reserved a 26’ truck in advance and called the day before. I cam from TX to LA to be told I couldn’t receive the 26’ because it needed to go out Monday. I told them I had called the location to confirm a day ahead of time and they refuse to give me the truck. They instead gave me a 15’ truck and I had to make 5 trips.

The truck needs a over due maintenance especially the transmission. It cost me over $140.00 in gas to travel less than 380 miles. The fuels where blown so I had to put a fuse in it to make the radio work. I had no working lights inside of truck. The counter personnel in Monroe Louisiana put the wrong mileage on the start of my trip, it was saying I traveled over 10,000 miles. This was the worst trip ever.
