PETER BMy online quote did not include the $1 fee for "Est. Vehicle License Recovery Fee." I don't understand what this fee is for, it is not explained anywhere, and I was not able to opt out or provide feedback when checking out online when returning the van--I checked the box and wrote my concerns but was not able to progress any further with checking out. I am also unhappy that I was not informed before picking up the van that my estimated mileage would be charged to my card in the form of a "hold" before I even drove one mile.
