The poor technician was by himself at the counter & having to do both clerical work as well as load all equipment / rentals onto vehicles. I took about 25 mins to get helped after only one person who being helped. Then when I left there was a line of 4 people behind me. I reserved my rental but seemed like he didn't have any of the info (correct info) on his system.

Good online presence. Phone reservation easy and fast. Last minute reservation options available. The truck I used was easy to drive. Check in/out was efficient. Very professional. When I will need this service again I will use UHaul.

When I rented the truck I was asked if I needed to rent a dolly and I told him no, but when I turned the truck in I was charged $70 dollars for a dolly which was not used, I protested the charge but because it was in the back of the truck and I had to take it loose from the clamp it was in he still charged me.

The heater and defroster did not work. No air came out. I had a reservation for 3 days including confirmation number. However I got a call from a random uhaul dealer asking where his truck was. After that I had to call uhaul and ask for an extra day? Then after returning the truck, the dealer tried to tell me.to return it to another location. After that he tried to charge me 2 late days? I had the truck for 3 days like my contract stated. Somehow uhaul had two contracts for me. I only signed one. I will never use uhaul again. I will also post this on social media to advise others. $800 later this was a disaster.

The truck was filthy and smelled like marijuana. The gentleman that helped me was nice but the other lady kept interjecting rude comments. It was obvious she was in charge and that authority has gone to her head and she has no concept of customer service.

I had to back my SUV over to pick up trailer. There were grabber screws in the gravel. One ended up in my left rear tire. Just after leaving driving up Pelandale toward my home the low air poped up on my dash. Costco tire warranted the repair. Just delayed my time by almost 2 hours. Really sad when the staff should notice this stuff and pick it up in the gravel. After I returned the equipment they seemed not to care.

I've moved a lot and a lot of friends/family, and this was the best experience in renting a moving truck I have ever had!! No lie!! All I would say is to tighten the plastic seals on the orange dolly and the furniture pads so that people don't try to cheat and re-attach, when they are loose it takes a keen eye to see that someone broke off the seal and re-attached it. Jacqueline was great in setting up my rental and the return was even faster! I appreciate the great service!! Thanks!! Justin

After spending almost an hour trying to get the trailer lights working including using a test light that the center provided I purchased a new adapter from U-Haul and took the trailer home and switched out the adapter. No change. Using my meter the adapter was fine. The problem was the trailer harness had been cut on the trailer. If was now too late to return and I had a 5 hour drive to do that night. I wasted 2 hours and almost $30 for an issue that the center should have resolved. I will not use this center again

I was told and it was marked on my contract that I would get a $17.00 credit if I brought the truck back with more than 1/4 tank of fuel. At check in, different people. they refused. I used the dolly but didn't touch the blankets. Got charged anyway because the seal was missing. I had no use for the blankets. They were neatly folded in a plastic bag inside the blanket holder. I made the person who checked me in go out and reseal the dolly and blankets. He didn't like it but I was determined to not let this happen to the next renter. It would be nice to be told about the seals at time of rental so that we could check to see if the seal is there. If you are going to nickel and dime a person at least do it with integrity. May I suggest using luggage padlocks on your nickel dime items so that this can be handled up front instead of a surprise at the end. This was the worst uhaul experience I have had and I have rented many trucks and trailers over the years.

What can I say. We have a great manager at this location. Danielle is amazing and always attentive and giving great customer service. The only thing I would say this location needs is a paved parking lot and you Box Storage and they would be set.
