I was totally disappointed of the people who were running this place. Truck was in good shape but the people who were running this place was very unprofessional. They charged me $30 dollars for insurance. I told them several times that my insurance covers all rental cars and trucks I never had any issue before; they ignored my statement. I was going to hire two people from Hom depot, they told me they have people who likes to work for you, we discussed the price and they overcharged me by $120 dollars. Sending their cousins to work for me was an illegal by the U-Haul agreement. I am charge extra by $150 dollars. I will ispute thi for the insurance coverage and illegal people working for me by over charging me.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulU-Haul needs to communicate with private lenders I had to wait until 10 because no one got the key code.
JOSHUA RKeep it up. It’s really great.
Maher RThe location of origin referred me to a different location 7.2 miles away from where I live and had to uber there which cost me $26.00 and was given a very bad attitude and just was willing to explain herself nor any compensation to the time money and lose of mileage. I was told that my revised reservation was guaranteed at this new location. when I got to the smoke shop/mini market, they told me the only have local rentals and was not going to get a unit but the owner contacted UHaul and 15 minutes later I got the rental. My ISSUE is with your McHenry location and the person there was kelsey
