One employee was running the storm. One employee had apparently called in sick. Customer service would have been improved if 2 had been there. Tisha was very professional and did her job well.

When I first called to reserve a truck. The lady at call center told me that the airport store had a 20 foot u haul that she reserved for me from 730pm on the 12th of October to 730 pm the 13th of October. When I arrived at that location, the guy stated he had a 20ft uhaul that I could get right then at 730pm but I would have to have it back at 10am instead of 730pm. Which would not work for me to move an entire house. He called his manager. Which his manager said to call the call center back. He spoke with a lady at the call center who stated government store had a 20 foot for the times I need. Due to all this we arrive at the government store 2mins before they close which the lady wasn't too happy with. Next problem I had was they left a lock on the back of the truck that apparently was not a uhaul lock. When my son locked the truck he closed the lock thinking we had a key on the key ring for truck. Went to uhaul the next morning, the associate stated she needed the truck there to unlock it. Drove the uhaul back up there and they stated that is not their lock, therefore I needed to call a lock smith or buy some bolt cutters.....that they could not do anything for me. Spent the majority of the day tring to use bolt cutters and a saw to cut the lock off so I could get the rest of my stuff out of the truck and move the rest of my house. Which put at least 20 more miles on the truck to take back to the uhaul place then to the stores to get the equipment to cut the lock. The lady at the uhaul store stated she would fix the milage (cost) but when I received my final year bill I see she did not. This is the worst experience I have ever had. It's stressful and costly moving already but to add this and cost on top of is very stressful!

I brought my rental back after hours. I was told to use the APP to check it in. I had a very hard time with this. The "drop off truck" option never showed on the dashboard. I couldn't get anyone from customer service on the line. I was able to finally get out a laptop and use my hotspot from my phone to try it on there. I was finally able to get it figured out after about 45mins in the parking lot, in the middle of the night, in a "rough" part of town. I saw reviews for the APP where people had the same issue. Overall I had a great experience. I was able to get a rental in less than an hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was just the after hours drop off that didn't seem very streamlined. Just my 2cents. I will be a returning customer in the future. THANKS!

A person was parked in the truck return area blocking the truck return and was reluctant to move out of the way. Eventually someone, I assume and employee, coaxed her to move but she barely got out of the way. People should be told to not park in the truck return area.

Personnel at the site should answer the phone. I called several times, but was always routed to Uhaul customer service, then had to wait several minutes for an agent.

Let customer know how the truck rides. There was a hard downshifting of gears when trying to stop or slow down. Staff extremely pleasant and professional.

Use something to kill roaches everybody's house ain't clean and and I experienced roaches in the back cab of the truck one of your employees came out and are are sprayed it but the roaches still came out I was told that I will be a little compensated for it but looking at my receipt that didn't happen but overall I was pleased with the vehicle and the courtesy of the employees

The trailer looked okay when I picked it up, but somehow water got in and soaked several of my boxes. It did rain pretty hard while I was going through Dallas. I won't know how much damage there was for a couple months because they were unloaded directly to a shipping depot and headed overseas.

Leon does an excellent job with his UHAUL store. The cleaner used in the foot well makes it slippery - making it more difficult for those of us with short legs to gain traction when climbing in to truck.
