My only complaint is that when I reserved the vehicle I was asked for a card to hold the reservation and was told that the card would not be charged. At that time I said, “good, I plan to pay cash.” I was not told that the rental would require a card to hold a balance until it was returned. So, I pulled all my money out of my bank account and was told when I showed up at the rental desk that I could not use cash to pay for the rental. In hindsight I understand the policy, but the woman who took my reservation could have told me that and saved me a lot of unnecessary stress and anguish. I ended up calling relatives in order to make the transaction happen. I was very frustrated because the vehicle was instrumental in accomplishing my goals. Just saying.

Again I occurred extra cost because of U-Hauls mistakes and the offer of making it right with me was a 12$ discount. Not happy!! Will not use U-haul again!

Customer service is good, except for the short black man..He is rude and does not know how to speak to the customers . My rep was nice but he would jump after I asked my guy a question and have something smart to say. Eveytime i come in he is usually there but he really needs to improve his attitude. My truck also went out ..luckily I had some one there to help and when called in I was asked you want your money back and I explained no I just want to make sure I'm not charged anything extra for my service. I was told someone would call me and I never received a call back.

The top of the box behind the cab (passenger side) has a hole in the roof. Rain leaked all over my TVs, clothes, and wood furniture. My shirts bled together and the wood on my coffee table is warping. This is unacceptable. I’ve always used U-Haul for my moves and that may change unless this is resolved. I shouldn’t have to pay for said U-Haul and to repair the damage done to my items due to a faulty truck. Please have someone call me to resolve this. (205)901-1740 Thanks.

I ordered a trailer online and picked it up an hour later. I was in a rush and was out the door in 15 min. Returning went just as smooth.

Awful experience... Charged over 300$ for a 67$ auto transport rental. Not only did the triplicate transactions overdraft my account the location GM Leroy Law took no ownership in the situation and we ran into every impasse possible. I was accused of not returning equipment on time (rented til 10:45pm ret @ 10:20pm) causing the overcharge, when that held no truth, I was then accused of lying about duplicate transactions (even after we called uhaul CC pymt procesding center) charged to my account causing it to overdraft. I still yet have received my money nor a callback from the area manager. I was left with 7$ to my name to support my family of 5. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Even bargaining with dealing with this company again!!!

The mileage rate is terrible I paid almost 40 dollars for using 18 miles never was I told that it only covers going not coming back renting a truck for 19.99 then almost 40 for a hour is sad a rip off I pray to never have to use them again

I'm not sure is this what they suppose to do go down a mile when you get in the truck, to last two numbers were 53 and when I bought it back the last two numbers were 13 but he said that the truck was at 52 at the start and at 14 when I bought it back which was not true are maybe that's was in the contract of what they do, didn't read it. Next time I'll take a picture before and after and the gas is another thing.

Check your odometer. I was told I went 240 miles and I only went 110. The truck was falling apart. Def not worth the $400 I was charged for a 2 day rental.

if the rental is for 24 hours and I return within that 24 hours I should have not been charge for 2 days
