This rating is for the location at 4175 Government Blvd Mobile, AL 36693. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I will never used Uhaul for anything again. I scheduled a trailer 2 weeks in advance and when I went to get it, the trailer wasn't there. I was sent to another location to get the trailer, which is this location. After I went to the current location, none of my information was in the system, which wasted more time of getting the trailer. If I wasn't pushed for time, I would have gone to Penski. Then when I got to my location, I was called from Uhaul about I missed my time to turn the trailer in and was charged an extra $45.00. I told them when I was going to turn the trailer in and for some reason they put a day earlier. Just a bunch of BS that I will never go through again with this company. Very Poor service and customer service overall.

The online pickup option was very tedious and long. I took a picture of myself, and it got refused because it said I was wearing a hat or sunglasses when I clearly wasn't. The return instructions were confusing too. Didn't know exactly where to park, or where the key drop box was. Everything else was fine though.

Returned the truck with a full tank of gas, the truck was issued to me with a 3/4 tank. I was denied any refund.

I saw a rat running across the floor and roaches. The staff was friendly but when I mentioned the rat they told me that is why they have poison boxes set out. I pray that the rats will not try and tear my stuff up and that I do not carry home roaches. The truck I rented the ignition key would stick in the ignition because you had to turn the key to an almost impossible position to get it out. I was unable to hire movers through Uhaul because the website and the phone tree was impossible to navigate. The 1800 customer service representative that I spoke to did not represent the true and actual costs that I wound up paying. Overall I would use the staff at that uhaul location but I will never use Uhaul again. The staff was great other than that I am highly disappointed. I spent $150 today that I was ultimately unprepared to spend. The unit that I was reserved for was not truthfully represented so I wound up paying more, the truck I was supposed to have had was not what I got and I had to pay more, I was never informed of the lock until I had been shown units, overall very poor. Would I recommend Uhaul? No, you are better off going through craigslist. This little venture cut into my budget pretty badly but what could I do? I was loading and unloading a one bedroom apartment by myself.

Your systems were down for a while. This delayed my move and cost me extra money I didn't have. Your agent at the store also did not put the correct fuel in when the system was back up and it cost me when i returned the truck. Very unacceptable. Will not recommend anytime soon .

Don't allow users to select a preferred location for pick-up if that equipment is never available at that location. (I had to go and pay for 10 extra miles.) Was also provided with equipment that was almost empty with fuel, so the first place i had to stop was to get gas.

My reservation wouldn't allow my card to be used , agent had to treat me as a walk in. I put in 4.5 gal for 19 mile round trip , you should fill tank till pump clicks.
