Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI didn’t get the two dolly i paid for
Daniel SNo one was onsite when we got there to pick it up. After calling the number on the door multiple times, someone finally answered about 20 mins later. They sent someone over but he didn't know we were supposed to have a dolly and blankets. My husband was picking it up and at the same time, someone was calling me and asking for my information saying there was no contract. We will never rent from this location again.
Johnna MI got to location to pick up truck. The doors were and locked and no one there to assist me. I received a phone call from some guy that I could hardly understand. He had to FaceTime me on phone to guide me to location of lockbox, walk me through getting the key, in which it was very hard getting it open in which he said was a tricky lock. It took a half an hour to drive off with truck. Therefore I had to pay 2 movers an extra half hour because they were being paid by the hour. Have not yet heard from management!
BARONDA MThe Gas needle is not working correctly so it cost way too much to refill the gas. I need U-Haul to contact me to fix this.
