Associate was rude and impatient
Wrong truck given, gas amount was recorded wrong due to wrong truck given then switched. My ending invoice said one price and now my bank account is pending $15 more charge than it should. Representative was new but management over the phone was poor and full of shit. I will going back up there for my money or calling corporate to file an investigation tomorrow.
The truck didn't have any air the entire time I had it. Saturday through Monday. It's to hot in HOUSTON and IM to fat not to have air-conditioning. They sent a company out to look and it and the guy said that the vents needed to be replaced and this wasn't something they could do on-site it had to be fixed at their shop. Mind you we paid movers to load the truck and was told that it would be a 150 minute before someone could come and check out the air. Movers are paid hourly. Not only am I paying the workers hourly but we had to pay for being late to where we needed to be. The truck has clearly not been serviced, the transmission Is slipping and it makes you jerk when trying to stop. I was told on Saturday that a manager would call me back within 48 hours. When I calld on Monday after they charged my card an additional $334.28 they said the manager had up to 72 hours. It's Wednesday and I still haven't heard from them at all. The sad thing is we rent from uhaul at least 2 a month. I have never been changed this much. I paid them total of $447.28 to have a truck with no air and whiplash! Uhaul y'all need to do better!
The Latin female inside the store was not helpful whatsoever and helping me try to figure out how to access the key in the box. I wind up having to call the corporate office in order to get the much needed help I requested. Just sad.
Customer service rep acted like we know what we were doing. â€œGo get your key out of 3â€. We walked all around that parking lot looking for a 3. Also, did my whole rental online, got to the store, no moving blankets I had ordered. Why didn't it say that online so I would know to go to a different location? Got to the truck thinking my appliance dolly would be inside. Nope. Frustrating. Will try budget rental next time.
Truck was not ready! And did not match ANY comparison Photos for condition of truck!! Ridiculous!! So tired of UHaul crap!!
First of all you make it an inconvenience for the community to even want to do business when you don't never have anyone present doing the office hours that you have a sign on the door. I've called in for 2 days days now and you do not answer the phone. Like today October 5th 2020 at 12:30 p.m. I've been calling the phone, no one called me back. oh yeah it's kind of hard for me to do business ever again or if this type of treatment that you give your potential customers your repeated customers your VIP customers or customers period.
Manager Adrianne was awful poor customer service and communication I will never be back at this location
the truck was not clean. it was on empty
no window wash to clean off windshield WINDOWS WERE FILTHY hard to see when sun shining in Attitude adjustments---we are renting--if no one rents managers/employees would not receive checks-- Think outside of the box...

Truck was clean but the ac wasn't working me and my helper sweating from the time we left and the place where I picked up the truck knew the ac wasn't working properly and they didn't give me a DISCOUNTS like I was told. I contacted the manager when I dropped the truck off I told her I didn't no how to check my truck in for return so she told me to send her a picture and she would do if for me so I texts her a picture and I didn't get my copy of my receipt till after 6AM the next morning I sent her the picture at after 6PM on the 10 of July and I still didn't see a DISCOUNTS.
Did very well. The young lady that helped my wife and I was very helpful and efficient.
I don't think anything could be improved. My experience was perfect and hassle free. I was able to do contactless pick up and drop off with ease! Thank you so much for being so convenient!
